• This hotel allowed pets.
• Weren't enough towels in the bathroom.

“This hotel is directly off the Interestate 5 which is convenient. Also, we travel with our small dog and it is very hard to find a hotel that accepts pets. We travel three to four times a family from southern california to northern california to visit family. Patterson is a great place to stop.”

• I liked the size and amenities of the room.
• I did not like being on the corner by the elevators.

• Front desk always prompt to answer the phone and housekeeping was great.
• Front desk had an attitude and gave me a hard time. I had double reservations and spent long time discussing with front desk.

“The room and hotel in general were clean and peaceful, perfect for any occasion. I would of like an microwave and the fridge needs a stand since it scrapes the carpet. I was not please with the breakfast. Of all places that I expect to find at least a decent cup of OJ I get tampico punch.”

• Convenient location.
• Requested a non-smoking room but would not accommodate my request, even though hotel was not even 1/2 full. Smoking room was worst I've ever had.

“As mentioned above, I was disturbed that hotel failed to accommodate my non-smoking request. The room was disgusting, to say the very least!”

• Clean, spacious, good number of amenities.
• Vandalized while we were there.

“This is an excellent hotel for the money. The rooms were clean and spacious. Rooms included a microwave, refrigerator and free internet access. I was very pleased and even a bit surprised by what they offered.”

• Very nice continental breakfast.
• Water in the shower was too hot or too cold. Could not get it warm.

• The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous.
• There are two elevator positions, but only one elevator. Had to wait a bit on elevator.

“This hotel was an overall wonderfull experience. Even with the one elevator, it was only a small issue and that only in the morning, during checkout times. The bar/restaurant area was beautiful and the staff very professional and kind. I will highly recommend this hotel. I know I will be staying there again many times in the future.”

• the pool was nice when the dead crickets were cleaned out.
• the staff was disorganized, they had to change our room and the room we were given was filthy and smelled like animal droppings.

“THis is the second time I have stayed at this motel. The first time was a complete disaster. I thought I would give them one more chance. This stay was no better. I will never stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to stay there. It is worth driving the extra 100 miles to get to a decent place for my family to stay.”

• The desk person was nice.
• It was a horrible experience all around. Cold water in spa and no hot water for shower!

“I called ahead and requested 2 beds. Only one in the room which all 3 of us had to share. When I checked in I specifically asked if the spa worked and was told it was real hot. It was cold and I waited 2 hours for it to heat up which it never did. Disappointed, I went to take a hot bath but there was no hot water. I was told they get that complaint but there was nothing that could be done. They didn't charge us for our movie but the over all experience was horrendous. I will tell everyone I know to never go there.”
