• Nice. Staff. But didn't speak English.
• First I got a room that smelt of smoke. Couldnt communicate to well with staff and just wasn't that great.

• No shampoo.

“This hotel is not for the infrequent traveler. They had no shampoo nor a blow dryer. The room was very stark and not accommodating for a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Plenty of stores, restaurants near by.
• The doors, walls, carpets were dirty.

“If you need a long term hotel stay in this area and are on a low budget this hotel may be great for you. They have mini kitchens in the rooms. There are plenty of stores, restaurants in the area. Jamba juice, Starbucks, etc. If you're looking for a typical hotel, with daily service, this is not for you (the beds only get made/changed once a week or after you check out). You can take your towels down to the lobby and have them changed for fresh ones.”

“We are a travel softball family and basically just need a clean place to sleep. I love that all of the rooms have a full kitchen, it makes it very convenient to be able to store ice chest food and be able to home cook breakfast or any meal if time permits. It's an expensive hobby and we are happy to save money when we can.”

• Nice hotel for travelers on a budget.
• Difficult to find this particular hotel.

“We liked this hotel very much. We don't eat out a lot so being able to have food in our room and a place to cook was very nice. It felt like a home away from home.”

• Staff manager is Terrible. They never cleaned my room.

“Staff here is not very friendly. No one ever smiles. Manager is very mean. I been here for 2 weeks now. All I asked was for my bathroom to be cleaned and still can't get them to do it. I have never ever dealt with such an insincere Manager.”

“Why does a low cost hotel have to be so ugly? Green carpet red bedspread, dirty white walls, hard mattress, thin blanket, scratchy sheets, no shampoo, no breakfast. 5 dollars for internet access.”

• Extended stay hotel that is not designed for short stay or family.

• I like that it a stove microwave a full refrigerator and a kitchen sink, a big bathroom and cozy.
• When I check-in, they did not ask me if I was a smoker, I did not know plus it was non-smoking until I saw the smoking room.

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The bed was hard as a rock. The room was very sparse.

“This is a decent hotel to stay in if you are going to be in town for a while and want a place to cook in your room. Otherwise, it is pretty bland and minimal. The bed was small and rock hard.”

• Convenient, close to interstate and strip mall, fairly new hotel.
• Carpet was tattered; handicapped shower bench appeared to have burn marks and other stains on the seat.

“It was nice, clean and had a friendly staff. It was located in a Strip Mall with lots of restaurants and other stores to shop. It was also easily accessible to other places in the city.”

• Not what I expected out of a 2 star selection.

“As far as extended stay hotels go, this was better than most in which I have stayed. However, this is definitely not what I have come to expect when booking a 2 star hotel. Extended stays have their niche, but they are not even remotely on par with Hampton inns, Fairfield inns, or Hilton garden inns in the same category. Other than Wi-Fi, there are very few conveniences that greatly benefit a business traveler.”

• Beds are awful - hard and very uncomfortable.

“Good location, convenient to Tracy for business, but anyone doing an extended stay would be a cripple after one night. Beds hard and unyielding; almost impossible to sleep in. Cannot imagine staying for more than one night. Friendly staff, and room set up for convenience - if the beds were of decent quality it would be a pleasure to stay.”

• They did not have rooms with 2 beds or a crib. The room was a non smoking room but it still smelled like it.

• The location was okay, for Tracy.
• Had to pay extra for 2 double beds.

“This is Motel 6 with a kitchenette. What a dump. This motel was bottom of the line. Beds were hard as a rock, shower head gave almost no water, and a room with 2 beds (for 4 people) had 2 cup, 2 bowls, 2 forks, 2 plates, etc. There was no soap dish. The room had no amenities except for a single bar of soap. I would have rather slept in my car!”

“Good location, friendly staff. Beds hard as a rock. No breakfast, but close to IHOP, etc. Has full kitchen, but if I was to plan an extended stay, the beds would make me a cripple in under a week. Economical and the location is great, but not recommended for a great night's sleep or extended stay.”

• It was conveniently located near a mall & restaurants.
• The bed was too firm like sleeping on a box spring

“This is a good hotel to stay at short-term. It is near the freeway entrance, local mall, restaurants, Wal-Mart and Costco. The downside is that the mattress is too firm so you may wake up with back pains, there is no swimming pool or recreation center on-site so not much to do especially if you have children.”

• Small room, zero amenities, charged more for double beds.

“This hotel would be great I guess if you were staying for an extended time and were on expense. The kitchen did not even have soap to wash the few dishes provided. No soap, no shampoo, nothing. Bring everything. Eat at the local restaurants. Not what I wanted for my group of four, two adults and two children. Only enough dishes for 2. You can stay at the Hampton Inn for $30 more and get better beds, breakfast, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, use of a microwave. That's where we will be next time.”

• Room was dirty with tissues on the floor.

“My room was not clean with tissues on the floor by the bed and not vacuumed. I asked for another room and was given a room in similar condition. There were whiskers on the sink; the floor wasn¿t swept, etc. The front desk clerk said they would clean it while I was gone but they never did. It was still dirty when I came back 5 hours later.”

“It was less than I expected. Several light bulbs were burned out and after telling management they were not replaced while I was there. Also, the dead bolt was missing two out of the three screws and they were also not replaced during my stay there.”

• Very clean, kitchen and accessories provided, convenient freeway access, mall and other stores nearby.

“The room was great. A lot of space available. The fact that it had a full kitchen was great even though we did not use it (other than the fridge) they also provide cooking and eating utensils for the guests convenience, which I thought was wonderful. The checkout time was 11am which was a bit early to pack everything up and get ready for the day, but do-able. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is within walking distance to the mall and Wall-mart, also a lot of eating spots right in the same block. Our overall experience was wonderful!”
