• Great down comforter plenty of down pillows including a long one.
• limited
  TV channels no refrig or micro. Travelodge has more.

• The beds were to die for! Very comfortable.
• The switch on the bed light was difficult at times to turn on.

• There is one English woman in the restaurant that is outstanding. The rest of the staff is very mediocre.
• Next to freeway way too much noise. Staff is very mediocre in service.

“This is a decent hotel overall. The big downside is the noise levels. You can hear the doors slamming shut as if you were in the hallway. The walls are paper thin. We complained so they moved us to a room at the very end of the hallway which was nice, but then we were over the freeway and could hear the cars all night. If you're a light sleeper or traveling with baby. Its not a good fit.”

• Great from first entering this place, from the modern lobby to the rooms had TVs.
• There was no continental breakfast offered.

• The bed is so wonderfully comfortable! Even nicer than my bed!
• No mini-bar in the room.

• Hotel did not resolve our fire alarm and rooms on our hallway going off for over 2 hours. Poor response.

“The hotel did a poor customer service response when our fire alarm and many rooms in our hallway were going off from 9pm to 11:30pm at night. It was extremely loud in our room when it would go off, we could not go to sleep, and it took three phone calls to the front desk to get resolution which was to just disconnect the fire alarm. So we did not have a fire alarm for the night. Big safety issue! I almost left the hotel due to the noise for over two hours.”

“It is very comfortable and clean. We were there for my son's wedding and the staff was very helpful with directions and anything else we asked. The room was awesome and even though our view was of the freeway we couldn't hear the noise.”

• It was beautiful, clean, and comfortable and the staff was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again.
• We discovered that the pool had not been heated when the kids jumped in!

“The Hilton garden inn Roseville had friendly employees and a nice appearance. We stayed in the wing closest to the freeway and therefore did hear it. The noise wasn't as bad as we originally thought, though. Namely, it did not wake us .The bed supposedly had adjustable firmness. However, we did not notice any difference after changing the settings.”

• There was no smoking allowed anywhere in the hotel.
• The air conditioning was disturbing during the night.

• The bedding was absolutely the best!
• Distance from my room to the elevator. Kind of a pain.

“Check in was smooth, the staff were friendly and the complimentary cookies were divine. My favorite part of my stay was the bed. It had some sort of zip on mattress top that had almost a short hair sheepskin feel to it. It was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. I was traveling on business and did all of my paperwork and prep for the next day on the bed.”

• Sign age could be better since hotel shares parking lot with another hotel.

“Our stay was very nice, however it was the staff that really made this hotel stand out. The hotel is a great location and the rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable with an abundance of pillows. One negative comment would be that the sheets had an unpleasant chemical odor to them. We would stay again and recommend to family and friends.”

• Y room 307 smelled of smoke-told maid she said no-room renovated three weeks earlier.

“Upon check out I did tell the woman on duty about the smell of the smoke and she stated that room had just been renovated and the smell was still permeating the room. That is my only complaint because I cannot tolerate the smell of smoke from tobacco. The week before I stayed three days in room 207 and no problem in that room.”

“My stay at this hotel was good. A little noisy in the morning, but I left early. The maids had their radio blasting when I was leaving. And road noise from the freeway is pretty intense if you don't have the fan on. Other than that, very nice rooms. I would recommend getting a room NOT facing the freeway.”

• The worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel because there were several air-conditioning units right outside of our window which went on all night.
