• Suited our family perfectly, from the pack-n-play to the kitchen facilities. The separate bedroom was a definite plus!
• Our initial room was noisy due to interstate traffic, however the staff provided another room that was quieter.

“Our family (2 adults, 2 children under 5) was traveling together for business/leisure. We stayed at the larkspur landing Roseville because it provided large rooms with separate bedroom/living areas as well as a kitchen - giving it as close to home feeling as possible. The kids were comfortable, which made the parents comfortable. The management and other staff were courteous, prompt and proficient in every regard. All our needs were met. It exceeded our expectations!”

• No free weights in work-out room.

“Excellent, friendly staff. Great continental breakfast selections in lobby and "pillow-bar" concept very attractive. Quality bedding, bathroom amenities, and kitchenette all added bonuses that made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, already have.”

• the Hotel was awesome. They pay great attention to the small things to make your stay awesome.

“The Hotel was wonderful. We had fresh baked cookies when we got there at the desk to check-in. In the rooms we enjoyed the body and bath products, the mints on the table, the free DVD's we went and got from the front desk. We enjoyed it all. We had a blast. The breakfast was great and the computer room was fun for both my daughter and myself. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• It was an excellent stay-after getting over arrival issue.

“My problem is not with hotel. It is with expectation on what I receive for my purchase. For my accepted offer the room was a studio with a queen. I was with an employee on a business trip and had to upgrade to get two beds. This was done "under the gun" and very uncomfortable. Perhaps that should be some type of option available at offer-to specify room type. The hotel was great and staff was excellent.”

“The Larkspur met my expectations 100%. I absolutely loved this hotel and their Featherborne bed! My family visited me at the hotel and they were all jealous that I got such a great room. I'd love to stay again for that price.”

• Laundry facilities,continental breakfast,only 3 floors,the staff
• Getting in and out of the driveway was not always easy and the traffic at times was heavy so that made opening the window impossible.

“For the price it was very good,the hotel staff were very accomodating,the breakfast was good.The parking lot at times was very full due to Tahoe Joe's next door but other than that I would stay there again.”

• The hotel was great very clean upon arrival. Staff was courteous..
• I stayed there for 4 days after the 2nd day I noticed that the floor had not been vacuumed and wasn't vacuumed the rest of the stay.

“I got a very good deal for the quality of hotel this was. Be warned though if your sensitive to noise it is located right by the freeway. The windows are insulated and keep out most of the sound It didnt bother me but it might be a concern of sensitive people. Also the third floor is a smoking floor although some of the rooms are nonsmoking, so if your sensitive to smoke avoid the 3rd floor you can smell the smoke as you get off of the elevator. Other than that it was a great stay would definitly stay there again.”

• Freeway Noise, Small Bed

“The Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated.The staff was friendly.Our room faced the freeway and the noise made it difficult to sleep. Would have been nice to of had a pool. Our room had a queen and we're use to a king bed. They said king beds were not available when we arrived. It was a nice Hotel just get away from the freeway.”

• This hotel was a very nice surprise!
• The water pressure in the shower was lacking, but that is probably a function of local restriction codes.

“The staff was responsive to my every need. Computer connections in the rooms and a computer/business center off the lobby for guests. The accomodations are suites. One could make this property a residence for longer says and be most comfortable. I look forward to returning to this facility.”

• VERY QUIET! Right by I-80, can barely hear it!

“I'd highly recommend this place! Has nice amenities, including GameBoy console with controls. No pool, has spa - but right next door to a huge Water Park with all the water slides you could want. Near Golfing, good resturants (Tahoe Joe's) and enormous major Shopping center (Roseville Galleria). I slept wonderfully!”

• Rooms are tastefully decorated. Breakfast in lobby is fabulous!
• Garbage disposal had unpleasant odor, maybe a little reminder needed to cleaning staff.

“This is our second stay here. We really like the facility and especially enjoy the breakfast in the lobby. I hope to "land" there again the next time we are in Roseville.”

• Very Comfortable Beds!
• Freeway Noise was Noticeable, But More Than Tolerable.

“Hotel is very convenient to the I-80 Freeway in Roseville, California. I've stayed at this hotel several times and have been very satisifed with every experience. The hotel is all-suites, but limited service. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There are nearly 100's of restaurants within 5 miles, though. The Larkspur Landing does have continental breakfast, though.This hotel is always very clean, and well staffed. There is no pool, only a jacuzzi, in a small courtyard. The Owner of this hotel also owns the Hilton Garden Inn adjacent...you can use their pool.The Studio Suite has a very well appointed Full Kitchen. Full-Size Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Sink, Cabinets, Peninsula Bar, Utensils and Plates, etc. The Larkspur Landing also has a complimentary grocery shopping service to stock your Kitchen for longer stays. They also have a basket of complimentary items which includes granola bars, microwave popcorn, Starbucks coffee, bottled water, etc. Very cool.The room portion includes a very comfortable triple sheeted bed, with duvet covers. They call it the FeatherBorne Bed system. Similar to a Heavenly Bed. Very nice for sleeping. Additionally, there is a nice lounging chair and ottoman and large work desk with complimentary high speed internet. ”

• The hotel was cozy and rooms were large and well appointed.
• Highway noise.

“Other than the highway noise, we thought the hotel was perfect, one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was very clean. Breakfasts were ample, nice hot coffee, and many choices. Desk personnel could not be more helpful and available. The excercise room was clean and cool. We did not use the jaccuzi but the area was inviting. We would definitely return and suggest that others do the same. Two and a half stars was not enough. It is centrally located to the highway, shopping, dining and entertainment. What more is needed?”

“This hotel was beautifully maintained, with a contemporary, slightly Asian decor. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. • I liked the extra's this hotel offered...breakfast, free snacks in my room, warm cookies, chocolates by bed.
• I wish they had a pool.

“This hotel was located near I-80 and Highway 65, near the Roseville Galleria mall, several restaurants, across the street from Golf Playland which had a waterslide park. Hotel was clean, had a kitchenette which was KEY since I brought my 20 month old child. I like the extras this hotel offered like the snacks in the room, warm cookies at night, fruit available at the front desk, breakfast in the morning and chocolates by the bed. The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable. They had a DVD player and CD player in the room...again KEY with children. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Great hotel!!!”

• The Hotel is immediately adjacent to I-80, Very Noisy, Larkspurs map indicates some distance from freeway.

“Hard to locate on Taylor road, too many intersections and crossroads but that is the traffic problem in the area Roseville is suffering growing pains.”

• I loved all the extras.
• Nothing, everything was excellent.

“We arrived in the lobby to freshly baked cookies and it only got better from there. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of any I have ever slept on. They had little goodies to munch on if you wanted/needed in the room. In the morning they had a very nice breakfast. Staff was wonderful. A++.”

“When you enter the lobby is clean and elegant. You are quickly checked in and given a briefing about the hotel and different areas of locations. Your room is inviting and such comfort and within an hour or so, the hotel staff calls to ensure you are happy with your room and offer to do anything to make your stay comfortable. Words cannot express how happy I was staying there. ”

• The rooms were clean and they had a nice continental breakfast.
• They do not have roll aways nor will they allow anymore than 2 to a room.

“The location was perfect. For the rate, you get a studio with a queen bed. No rollaways, no upgrades. For $40 more, you can upgrade to a 1 br with a king bed and a sofa bed. Nice breakfast and decor but not very accomodating for a family. We had to rent one more room than we planned.”

“This particular hotel was built in the wrong place. The staff even acknowledged this. There is a very loud street on one side and a very loud freeway on the other. This poor noisy location is the only problem. The room amenities and staff friendliness were fine.”

• Room was excellent with separate bedroom and kitchen. Nice surprise to have two basins in the bathroom.
• Main entrance to hotel was on Roseville Parkway even though address is Taylor Road.

“Better than a regular hotel room as our room had a separate bedroom with king size bed and a small kitchen complete with full size fridge, stove and microwave. Living area had a sofa bed that was great for the kids. Water park and mini-golf across the street. Easy access to I-80 and only a couple of miles to large shopping malls and restaurants. Hotel provides some free DVD's and CD's. Would recommend this hotel.”

• The Larkspur Landing had beautiful rooms with all down bedding. Even the sofabed had down bedding.

“ This is not very good for families. The Larkspur Landing felt very bad and upgraded us to a King Suite at no extra charge.”
