• Having kitchen and clean place was great.
• The air conditioner had a funky smell.

“Great to stop over and fix my dinner, use the computer, clean up and go the next day to a class. Vending machine had everything I would need had I forgotten anything and the kitchen was equipped with essentials.”

• The check in clerk was incredibly friendly.
• All was fine.

“The price was perfect. I simply needed a bed. The check-in staff member was very warm and welcoming. I also liked the small kitchen and used the refrigerator.”

• The kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator plus the utensils.
• The cleaning staff does not visit as often I would like.

“The hotel room does meet the expectations. I love the presence of the kitchenette (with refrigerator, stove and microwave) along with various cooking and eating utensils. Also, the bathroom is very nice. The only think I did not like was that the cleaning staff does not visit if your stay is below 7 days. You could request them though.”

• I like the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
• The mattress was absolutely the hardest mattress I've ever slept on.

“The location was excellent for my needs, the area was quiet and peaceful, the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.”

• The only thing I liked was the price. After staying there for four nights, I will never stay there again.
• I didn't like the strong, stale odor of cigarette smoke when I walked in. I didn't like the stiff and noisy bed.

“That was probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Along with the stale smoke and horrible beds, I rate this trip the worst I have ever made.”

• The hotel was very close to the freeway, clean, and efficient.
• The noise from the freeway was bothersome at times. No wake-up calls.

“You'll definitely get what you paid for at this hotel. The room was clean and there were plenty of extra towels and pillows. There isn't any dish soap for the kitchen or extra soap for the restrooms. The staff was helpful but frugal in numbers. They don't provide wake-up calls or breakfast; you're definitely on your own as a traveler. The hotel is very close to the freeway and the local high-tech businesses. Good value overall!”

• Small room, fee for Wi-Fi, melted toilet seat, scrappy pillows and noisy.

• Incredibly clean, even the kitchenette and dishes. Quiet.
• Not much close by. No pool or lounge area.

“I was pleasantly surprised by Crosslands. Crosslands is clean and efficient, built with business and through travelers in mind. Not much in the way of hang out space, but terrific rooms, brand new, spotless, and a quick and helpful staff.”

• I honestly can't think of anything positive.

“The room smelled of stale smoke and defreeze. The screen on the TV jumped up and down and my feet stuck to the bathroom floor when walking barefooted. When we asked for another room were told they had no other rooms to give. During the night I woke to the strong smell of cigarette smoke obviously coming from another room. So my toddler had to breathe second hand smoke all night. Had all the other hotels in the area not been completely booked and I did spend over an hour on the phone calling all of them we would have gone somewhere else. ”

• Location and price.
• Queen bed only in handicap rooms. No cabinets in bathroom for personal items.

“Room okay, Need to put a counter or cabinet in bathroom even if it is a handicap room. Need to provide rooms with queen or king beds for regular people. We stayed 2 nights and they did not provide clean towels for the 2nd day and did not make the bed.”

• The man named Artak at the front desk was really helpful--also wireless was great!
• 5 guests should automatically receive 5 towels, right?

• The staff was great - I loved the 'kitchenette' though didn't use it.
• The bed was too hard.

“Great room arrangement ... showers can't be heard! inside the room. Great compact kitchenette. Bed a little too firm for me. Hubby liked it. The staff was super.”

• Great value, nice kitchen, easy access to freeway.
• A bit too basic, no shampoo, no coffee packages.

• Great location and great little kitchen as well as a nice laundry.
• A bit "plain" or basic" but compared to the value, it was great.

“Rooms are a bit small and no bed size above a double. Great Location with a nice kitchen with dishes and other cooking needs, very nice. Laundry is handy and great for short or longer term stays. The price is fantastic. The hotel is a bit basic so if you want a lot of services (at a price to pay I am sure), this may not be the place for you. Great location.”

• Rooms small, no frequent housekeeping, staff a little slow on the uptake.
