• Room was big and was divided into sleeping and living room areas by a screen.
• Continental breakfast needs yogurt that is not sugar free!

• Convenient
• The elevator took a very long time.

“I stayed on the 4th floor and every I was coming in or out of the hotel, I had to use the stairs due to one of the broken elevators, which cause the other elevator to move very slow. It was a huge inconvenience.”

• FANTASTIC-huge room-ultra comfortable beds-clean-sectional couch suite-huge flat screen TV.
• Nothing-I loved the hotel.

“This hotel ranked #1 on my vacation. Friendly and helpful staff-asked for 2 beds-got a suite! Had a sectional couch, wet bar, microwave and refrigerator, huge flat screen tv, and comfortable as heck beds. The room was squeaky clean, as were all of the grounds. Exercise room well equipped, and a very nice continental breakfast, breads, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, oatmeal-and you can order hot items, but you have to pay for them. This hotel offered the most, and delivered.”

• Rooms are GREAT! Love the way the bed(s) are separate from living area. Also, fold out couch is comfortable! Breakfast is good, too!
• I think only one elevator is working - too slow.

“Very CLEAN. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms have a little partition between bed(s) and living room area, and couch folds out into very comfortable bed. Flat screen in-between the areas is clever, like it! Staff accommodated us in the morning - we had a softball tournament that we had to attend before breakfast time - it was so appreciated!”

• The decor was warm and inviting, and the rooms were very nicely decorated.

• The room was considerably larger than any other hotels I've stayed before.
• The counter clerk at check-in was lacking customer service skills.

“The room was very large. The divider between sleeping area and living area was very nice touch; it added a sense of privacy. Large sectional sofa for 3rd person to sleep on. Hook up on 45" TV for connect computer/video equipment. Free continental breakfast was typical for menu (no hot food) but rather elegant for continental.”

• I really enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. It was located right off of the 50 Freeway.
• I did not like that the hotel did not offer a restaurant or breakfast room service.

“I really enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. It's located right off of the freeway. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. I was traveling with my pet, but I decided to leave her with a friend when I found out there was a $50 non-refundable deposit for having her. The room was very nice. It seemed like a mini-suite with a nice plasma TV and living room area. This hotel did not have a restaurant but they did have a kitchen where you could order many different types of food at anytime of the day or night. There was also a bar which attracted many different types of people. Continental breakfast is also a positive. Overall great hotel. I'd stay there again.”

• Room was beautiful, HDTV, bed was comfortable, really clean, great facilities and many amenities.
  
• Staff when I got there was great, was average in the morning. Movies were too expensive. Only aerobic machines.

• This hotel was a bit hard to find if you do not know area.

“Traveling to Phoenix from Seattle area. I needed a place near Sacramento. I had a bit of trouble finding 50 off of I-5. I called the hotel and front desk was most helpful. It was a beautiful property and room was well appointed. Great service. I would highly recommend to friends & family. A great stay.”

“Hotel was easy to find, right off freeway. The property was very clean but staff was kind of stiff and not too friendly. Lobby area was sterile looking, but overall, it was great for what I needed to accomplish.”

• The rooms are very nice and comfortable with big screen flat panel televisions. The staff is also superb.

“I was at this hotel because I attended a military reunion. Everyone was impressed with the rooms and the quality of the hotel. Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions for food, etc, this was probably the best hotel I have stayed in.”

• The cozy corner and layout of the room was wonderful.
• There was a foul odor in our room. no central air.

“Over all the room was great. The foul smell was annoying. We thought it was because of lack of air circulation. The air conditioning was located in a bad spot forcing us to turn it down and then it was too warm. Favorite spot was the cozy corner and the TV was fabulous!”

“For the most part the place is excellent! Funny how customer service can ruin the entire opinion about the a place being bad instead of good. I believe customer services is highly over looked and no longer a priority for businesses anymore that should be unacceptable. However it is more and more the norm these days. Is our economy doing so good that we are unconcerned with customers returning or giving a bad review to others. Leaving once again unsatisfied customers. It's a shame!”

“I was quite surprise just how nice this hotel was. Overall one of the nicest I have ever stayed. I would rate *** at least. We were not able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast each morning due to early morning commitments. The beds were very comfy, large very Metro trendy with a large sectional that made into a bed. Large flat screen TV, frig, work station, pet friendly very tastefully decorated. Friendly staff, right off freeway, Wi-Fi, couldn't be happier with our stay.”

• Very roomy and very good facilities, friendly staffs and good quality of food.
• The shower has very little water sprays out and the layout of the sink, right in front of the bed.

“Overall the hotel is excellent, very clean, roomy and modern. Large flat screen TV, sofa for sitting area, bedding is also very comfortable, the quality of food in the continental breakfast is excellent. Nice and clean hotel lobby, friendly staffs. The only complain we had was the shower head, the water flow was so little and so slow, I had to bend down to the faucet to rinse the shampoo off my hair. But it would not stop us for staying there again.”

• The staff at the front desk were awesome. The heated pool was nice.
• Would have been nice if there was a Jacuzzi.

• The Hyatt place was tastefully decorated and the rooms were spacious and very clean.
• I would have enjoyed more free breakfast choices.

“The Hyatt is within easy access of route 50. The large living room is designed perfectly for a family. My son loved the flat screen TV and I loved the shower/toilet that is separated from the sink area. I will always look for a Hyatt place in my future travels.”

• The hotel was wonderful for the location, to the relatives we were visiting. The price was also great.
• We thought there were two things that could be improved. The continental breakfast/kind of blah and the perfumed scent throughout the hotel.

“We might possibly stay here again. But they definitely need to make some improvements, such as their coffee, the continental breakfast and the perfumed scent throughout the hotel. Its very strong and just doesn't make breakfast smell so great.”

• The 42" HD TV in every room was awesome!
• Tiny ants that crawled on the wall behind the bed and location of room by elevator.

“This was a nice hotel. Location was good with a WalMart and fast food within walking distance. Every room has a 42" HD TV with a good selection of channels in HD. Also, within walking distance was a light rail which is like an above ground Subway. It can get you downtown for a great price of $2, but the company is a little scary. There were a few ants in the room behind the bed, but they didn't bother me that much.”
