• Very clean, quiet, and a proffesional staff.
• Can't think of anything, very pleased.

“This hotel is up to the standards of the Marriott chain. It was clean, odor free, quiet, and comfortable. It had a great expanded continental breakfast, as well as a friendly, helpful staff.”

• Friendly staff and helpful.
• Plastic plates and cutlery - but this seems to be the norm these days.

“The hotel is located just off the freeway and is easy to find. It appears relatively new and well finished. It is in a safe area near the business district and a bit too far out of the city centre if you don't have transport. Maybe not the first choice for tourist traveler but otherwise no real complaints.”

• Clean and relatively new, good breakfasts.
• The pool was closed.

“The pool had no signs up nor did anyone say anything when I reserved or checked in, but when we went to the pool, a staff member came out and rudely told us the pool was out of order. There was no apology or regret, he just stood there staring at us as if to say, "you must leave the pool now." It was rather awkward and somewhat embarrassing. Other than that, the stay was great!”

• Newer hotel, located right off the freeway, continental breakfast offered.
• A little noisy, can hear people in the hallway and the next room.

• Great free breakfast. Excellent, clean friendly hotel.
• Only two bath towels in rooms. But who cares, everything was wonderful and they can bring you more towels.

“I called the hotel about getting adjoining rooms and they were very friendly and gave me the best rate on the second room. Hot breakfast buffet includes waffles, sausage, eggs, and toast...plus pastries, cereal, different juices, coffee/chocolate etc. Heated pool and hot tub. Built in 2003, it is a very clean friendly place to stay.”

• Location being close to the Centeral Train Station.
• At check out time we waited 30 minutes to confirm that the room was already paid for.

“The hotel is clean and close to the train station and airport shuttles. At times at night you could hear the big trains which made it a bit noisy. It is crucial that the hotels you deal with understand your system.”

• It was fairly new
• The staff tried to give me a smoking, single bed room

“The so called staff was a harsh crude woman in a t shirt who was totally unprofesional and rude. I had to fight to get a non smoking room with two beds as I had a roommate. I do art shows and stay in hotels 15 to 25 times a year.”

• Rooms were lg., clean and included a mircrowave & refrigerator.
• Asked maid for 2 extra towels and she never delivered them.

“Wingate Inn was superb. I was more than pleased with the room and the Inn in general. The continental breakfast was great and everyone was friendly. Check-in and check-out was very easy.”

• Close to fwy, included breakfast, free local calls!
• Reception clerk made comment about "cheap price" at check in

“Overall the price and the location and quality of the hotel can't be beat. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ”

• Very clean...very spacious....excellent staff and wonderful value...none better!!
• All was PERFECT...no issues or problems..

“This hotel was the best so far in the area. Staff was perfect, breakfast was great, rooms very very clean and spacious. Great to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room plus coffee too. Fantastic Value..”

• Clean, well maintained, good hot tub.
• The beds the worst , need replacing!!!!

“The hotel is one of the nicer 2 & 1/2 star hotels I have stayed at. A BIG" flaw is the beds are cheap and very uncomfortable. The complemetary breakfast is OK - - but - - needs to be upgraded it's overly simplistic. There isn't a newspaper machine, frustrating not to be able to get a Sunday newspaper. The clerk said, "We have been trying to get a newspaper machine, with no luck - - the hotel next door has one." Very nice hot tub."”

• It was actually nicer than what I thought it would be, for what I paid.
• My room hadn't been looked in for a few days, the tv guide was a week old.

“The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean, the beds comfortable. The room was large, too. The prices of the movies were a bit extreme, but otherwise, everything was fantastic!”

• It was first time I stayed in Wingate, everything was excellent.
• The swimming pool should be inside.

“The hotel has facilities that match and even surpass other similar places of the same star-rating. Very clean and all room furnishings are brand new. Very spacious rooms, nice decor, and great location.”
