• Easy freeway access, friendly staff.
• Dirty carpets, tub/shower extremely slow drain, yuck!

“Hotel common areas were nice, easy freeway access. Room was comfortable, roomy, though the carpet was dirty (wore white socks, became instantly filthy). The bathroom was clean and of good size. It was a tub/shower combo and it drained extremely slow (deep standing water while showering, yuck!).”

• Good workout room! Pool is also a plus.
• No continental breakfast included.

• Well appointed room with comfortable sitting area.
• The bed was too soft for my comfort.

“The Courtyard Marriott in Rancho Cordova is a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. I enjoyed having a couch in my room, as it made the room an excellent place to relax after a long day of shopping. The desk provided good light and plenty of outlets for cell phone chargers and laptop computers.”

• Clean, affordable, great location. Very close to Negro Bar and Nimbus Dam.
• When asked if the pool was open, the African American front desk clerk replied with a rude "Does it say in the web that the pool was ever close?"

“My husband and I had a great stay here 2 weeks ago so when I came back to Sacramento last week, I decided to stay at Courtyard the second time. The hotel was very close to State Parks. Highly recommended for weekend travelers. Lots of restaurants close to the area. Clean and immaculate bed sheets. Courteous hotel staff except for that one front desk clerk who probably was having a bad day. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“This is a very nice hotel. The only thing they are missing is the no-charge breakfast. All my friends were staying at similar hotels that included full breakfast at no additional charge. For only this reason I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• Furnishings were great, Room and hotel was CLEAN.
• The absence of a courtesy breakfast nook.

“Good location and access to US-50. Fresh furnishings. Good Value. Full gym and sauna with pool. Quiet setting and seemingly secure location. Good access for Handicapped. No service bar. Free Internet Service. No Courtesy Breakfast Bar.”

• I was pleased with the room - it was detailed and nice - it did not seem like a hotel room. The pool and Jacuzzi were excellent!
• Nothing - Everything was great!

“My husband and I were impressed with this hotel. The Hotel looked nice - the room was big and had nicely detailed furnishings. We received the paper in the morning at our door, and they had a nice "business" work center. There was a work-out room and a nice pool and Jacuzzi. The grounds and staff were kind and pleasant! I recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay there again!”

• Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Located a ways away from Sacramento, not much around it.

“This was a good hotel to stay at if you have a car and don't mind driving a little bit. It isn't very close to much of anything so you do need to drive. Sacramento is about 10-15 minutes away. Hotel was very quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend it.”

• We requested and were granted a handicap room for my mother. VERY accommodating staff!!
• I have nothing negative to report - this was our most enjoyable Courtyard stay!!

“The location is conveniently located to a freeway on-off ramp. There are many restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was extremely polite- mostly Scandinavian, I think. The hotel room was tastily furnished and spotlessly clean with all the amenities - coffee, hairdryer, ice machine close by, Internet access. There were ample towels provided. The pool and grounds were immaculately landscaped - towels were provided.”

• Thought the breakfast buffet was the free continental breakfast, but cost me $10.

• Clean, good location, friendly.
• Did not get 1st floor for handicap, breakfast extra charge.3rd floor at end.

“I was told that my request for handicap access, and smoking was no problem. I was put up on 3rd floor, all the way at end of hallway from elevator. Was difficult taking luggage that distance. I have bad hips, and legs. Breakfast was served there, but you had to pay separate.”

• Their little market made my stay a lot easier. The rooms was clean and staff all but the late night guy went above and beyond to be of help.
• Late night staff was a bit tight about all the rules, even closed hot tub early as he choose.

“I have now been back 3 times to this hotel and have enjoyed all of my stays. Staff is usually always helpful and willing to do what ever they can to make stay easier.”

“I planned 2 days of golf, a concert and an overnight trip for our group of 8, and this Courtyard was an important part of making this trip a great success. Location relative to golf, concert and travel was perfect. Breakfast accommodated all of us together. Thanks for getting me a great price for 4 rooms at a great Courtyard.”

• The hotel has the most amazing feather and foam beds. I have never been able to sleep in a hotel bed and I slept like a baby!
• The location is in a less than ideal area.

“The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the beds are amazing. the staff was hospitable, and the amenities were awesome. I would definitely recommend the Marriott Courtyard in Ranch Cordova!”

• I liked the bed and the pillows, they were very soft.
• It appeared as if they had a breakfast thing going on in the lobby, but there was nothing mentioned about it in the room.

• Very clean; easily accessible from freeway; accommodating desk staff
• Traffic noise inescapable, if you like open windows. Limited selection of nearby restaurants

“This is a clean, efficient, business-oriented hotel. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast buffet option was a little pricey at $10, but there are several specialty coffee places nearby. For light sleepers, traffic noise is inescapable, if you don't want air on all night.”

• The beds were so comfortable very clean rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi, able to check in early
• No food on site except for mornings, no snack machines

“It was very comfortable and clean. But you must request a nice room. I did and it was lovely, over looking pool, The bed is heavenly. The king size. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life. The pool is lovely and pretty at night all lit up. For the price it was good.”

• The power went out at night while I was in the shower and it was very distressful and there were no back up lights or flashlights.

“It was very clean and comfortable but lacking a microwave and bar fridge. The staff were not very warm or friendly. When the power went out there were no back up lights or flashlights. It made me have a poor nights sleep and I was a mess the next day at work. A more welcoming staff would have been appreciated.”

• Recent remodel had the rooms looking very nice.
• Because of the remodel the regular breakfast dining room was closed.

• I liked that you could have food delivered to your room and that there was a handbook with the prices and numbers.
• They were renovating so it was dusty.

“Our stay was great. Loved the people, pool, hot tub, and the room was just fine. On two of the three mornings we were disturbed by workers knocking on the door at about 8:00 a.m. for what ever reasons we do not know. One worker opened the door with a key and began coming in on the first morning. We reported it to the desk and we felt they handled it appropriately.”
