• The staff was friendly and room was clean.

“I think the hotel exterior should be clean, particularly the parking lot and there was a smell on the stairs.”

• We both enjoyed the location.
• Bed was so lumpy, people running and screaming down the hall, room had bugs.

“Would have liked a more comfortable bed, fresher smelling room, more control over the guest that were running outside our room, cleaner rooms, ours had bugs in the bathroom.”

• Not one thing.
• Everything was terrible (especially, the staircases smelling of smoke).

“This place was gross and scary. I was nervous to walk to my room or leave my car in the parking lot. The bottom sheet was not fitted and would come untucked every time I moved and then the mattress pad crinkled up under me. The brown bally blanket was gross and I would not take a shower due to old mildew tiles. The place is run down and scary!”

• Close to freeway exit.
• Dirty bedspread, carpet, and furniture. Poorly maintained.

“This was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. Definitely not a 2*. It was extremely shabby and it was depressing to be there. ”
