• Room located near elevator.
• Maintenance and noise of police which is next door.

“Wall switches in room and bathroom don't turn anything on. 1 lamp was operational, 2 lamps didn't even have bulbs and were not plugged in. 1 lamp didn't have the finial (which holds the shade on the lamp). Only cups were the really thin water glasses so making coffee in the room was out of the question. Clock was not plugged in. Carpet was grungy and had a large burn imprint of an iron.”

• Nothing.
• No wireless, the free breakfast was a joke, and whirlpool was dirty, had not mowed the grass in weeks.

• Room inside was spacious.
• Older hotel worn and in bad location.

“Hotel is located in not a so good area. The outside is worm, but the room itself was clean and spacious. This is a no frills hotel for sure. The room sounded like the window was open, but there were no other guests on our floor so there was no noise from other guests. Bed was actually comfy. Recently taken over as a Days Inn, was a Quality Inn previously. Needs some renovating.”

• Zero.
• Dirty, smoker room, bedding and pillows falling a part.

“I travel almost weekly. I bid for good values and usually stay in 2.5 - 3.5 star hotels for . The value here is at less than $20. It was filthy, foam pillows rotting, polyester blankets disintegrating, no hot water in sink, leaky toilet, etc. I would have left and found other accommodations had I not arrived at 12:30am after being up for almost 24 hours.”

• Comfortable, pleasant, and good breakfast.
• 2nd day had to go get clean towels.

“Loved the court yard and swimming pool. Great continental breakfast, pleasant person at check in, convenient to our family's residence.”

• Convenient to Hwy 50 traveling to Placerville.
• Staff acted as though our late night arrival was inconvenient.

“We selected this hotel due to the convenience to Hwy 50 and our late night flight arrival. First room we were given was a smoking room. Front desk associate acted as though it was a major problem to change us to a non-smoking room. The breakfast was nice, hot, and pleasant. Upon checkout, we were given a receipt for the room containing a much lower price and a card number different from the one we checked in with.”

• Friendly staff, free breakfast.
• No direct access to room from motel parking lot.

“For the price our stay was good. Easy access from I 50, location was great for the people we meant to visit and free breakfast was very good. Only bad thing was the breakfast was in a very small room for the number of guests eating who were trying to get an early start.”

• Convenient access from freeway.
• Front desk help was clueless.

“Go to the hotel after 9 p.m. And wanted to rest. Front desk girl had loud music (rap) playing and would not turn it down. She couldn't find my reservation and ended up charging my cc with other person¿s charges. ”

• Front desk person, Malakai, was nice.
• Room was dirty, broken door & smoke alarm missing.

“Our room was not ready when we arrived. The front desk was polite, but that's about all. Room was dirty & smelled of smoke, even though they said it was non-smoking. Our bathroom door handle was broken and would not shut. The smoke alarm was just wires hanging from the ceiling. When we asked to move, we encountered quests that also booked on line and were told that their rooms were no longer available because "other shifts" gave them away. This was a very busy weekend in Sacramento due to the NCAA track finals and there were no other hotels available. Because I had already paid for the room, we stayed, but will not return!”

• This was our second stay and our stay was even better than the first time!
• The Pepsi machine would not work would not take coins or bills!

• Hard to get into the parking lot ,traffic very busy.

• I did not like this hotel.
• Setting, appearance, maintenance, safety, services, furnishings.

“The hotel is not a good place to stay. The rooms are tired and the furniture is basic. The bed was way too soft and worn. There were several maintenance problems, too many to report to management. I was happy to leave and will not return to this location. Internet services was difficult to use. Staff was harsh.”

• Poor maintenance upkeep. Low class.

“The room was low class. It had broken pulls on the night stand and was missing the main light bulb and fixture. Bathroom needs updating. I probably would not stay there again.”

• Location.
• Filthy room, bed was not fit to sleep in. Hole in shower wall.

“This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was dirty. Food on the carpet and on the rung of the desk chair. The bed was totally worn out. High on one side. The window appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a large hole in the shower wall. The repair did not hold and was in need of additional repair. The closed door was in need of repair, door track was loose. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• It had a workout room and breakfast.
• No water on Thursday night, we couldn't even go to the bathroom!

“This hotel could be much better if it were painted and cleaned up. The breakfast was pretty good, and the workout room was okay, would be much better with some free weights and with the bike adjusted so people of shorter stature could use it.”

“Very disappointed in hotel. Not clean at all: grimy carpet; bird droppings on walkways everywhere; broken deadbolt lock; large hole in blanket; hole in bedspread; could not get fresh glasses or liner for ice bucket, in spite of frequent requests; and finally, a cockroach found in the bathroom. ”

• Room includes a microwave and small refrigirator
• Gym was not cleaned in 4 days. Airconditioner leaked into the room.

“There is ZERO security, anyone can just walk in, although with the installation of 4 entrance doors the place can be sealed. Some of the guests appeared to be druggies and homeless, which leads me to believe the place operates as a part time shelter.The STAFF in the front desk is ill-trained. They are incompetant in operating the computer, and give stupid answers when challanged with questions. ”

“This is a very "unkempt" property. Elevator broke on a regular basis, light bulbs in rooms were all burned out. Internet was down, closet doors fell off when opening, and I had to clean the room before I could stay in it. Wouldn't rate this any better than a 1/2 star at best, it surprises me for a name brand hotel.”

• Shabby, elevators didn't work; wouldn't let you use a bathroom.
