• The staff was friendly.
• It was difficult to access from the freeway.

“I looked at your site and it indicated the closest hotels to the softball tournament we were playing in...This was not correct there were other hotels, nicer and at a better price.”

• The young man who worked at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
• No pool as advertised, dirty windows, broken shower ring, toilet not flushing well, broken glass by the pool, rude maid.

“We simply were not pleased with all the repairs that were needed, the promise of a pool, only to find it not available, and the rudeness of one of the maids when I asked for a plunger for the toilet. The front desk clerk was very helpful when we went in for our continental breakfast. The waffles were really good. I did write to Comfort Inn, but have not heard whether we will be reimbursed for part of our costs, since we were unable to use the pool, and all the other hassles we encountered. Thanks.”
