• The hotel was very clean and the room was very up to date.
• The walls were paper thin.

• The rooms had HD Television and were clean and quiet.
• Parking was a little limited.

“The area around the hotel was clean and relaxing. The hotel was right across from a small lake and it made for a rather nice relaxed setting. The HD TV in each room and the lobby was nice. I have not been in a hotel yet that had HD TV in each room. The beds are comfortable and give good support and each bed had a variety of pillow types. One would be able to find one that was comfortable.”

• Hotel was great for a me and my daughter; staff was very friendly!
• Saturday breakfast service began too late for us.

“I made this reservation at the last minute to travel to a softball tournament with my 14-year old daughter. We love Courtyard as we always know we will find a clean room as reserved, and we feel safe and secure in the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating even though it was very late, 11pm, when we arrived.”

• Very clean, nice staff, awesome HD flat screen TVs, nice showerheads.
• No microwave or fridge in room, no free breakfast, no Showtime HD, binder in room was out-of-date.

“My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel on our way to Reno, NV, and we also ended up staying on our way back. During our stay, we were very disappointed that there was no microwave and fridge in the room. Although there was a microwave available for use on the first floor. Also, we were disappointed when we picked out a movie we wanted to watch on Showtime HD, then to find out that they did not have Showtime at all with their Direct TV service. Also, we used the book in the hotel to find a restaurant, and we picked Tony Roma's. But the book was out-of-date, and Tony Roma's is no longer in Stockton, CA. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the shower was also very nice. It would have been nice if some breakfast was provided, but they did have free coffee.”

• This Hotel has always been wonderful in my travels. Very nice people.
• The Hotel was great. It took about 30 min.

• Easy access off and on to highway; shopping center close.
• Hotel did not give us a 2-bed room.

“The hotel refused to give me a room with 2 double beds, although I requested 5 days in advance. The location is convenient and lots of good restaurants are nearby. This was my second stay there and I won't mind staying there again.”

• Not on major freeway, safe side of town, clean carpet, nice pool and no smell of cigarette.
• Sheets didn't fit bed well, had to buy every breakfast item.

“This hotel was very nice. Although the map provided indicated it was right on highway 5, it was far enough away that I didn't hear the constant traffic. The setting was nice, the facility was clean and a lot of amenities were offered (spa, pool, gym, 24 hour coffee, ice, morning paper, room service daily and laundry), the staff was very nice. I felt safe, even though I was in Stockton. Best place I have stayed in while in Stockton.”

• This hotel has a friendly and comfortable environment got me relaxation I needed.
• I needed more visual help to access recreational areas.

“Courtyard by Marriott Stockton provided me with the necessary comfort I require for a pleasant stay. This hotel is located on a great part of the town, which helps one to convey the aesthetics for visual relaxation. The staff at the hotel helped to make all the necessary arrangements quickly and diligently. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean and classy.
• Our recent stay at room 213 wasn't good. The ac was defective, sounded like there was a short circuit, popcorn sound.

“I don't know if I'll pay the regular price though, seemed a little stiff, in my opinion. But if you want a great, clean room in a very quiet, safe part of town with a lot stores and restaurants nearby, then this is ad place!”

• I loved the pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms were also very nice.
• A continental breakfast would have been icing on the cake.

“This hotel was perfect for a mother-daughter get away that I had with my little girl. She loved the pool, spa and TV. I love the niceness factor of everything. As well, it had plenty of shopping opportunities in the nearby vicinity.”

• The staff and hotel are both very accommodating. I travel with my family in to and the hotel works well for all of us.
• There is absolutely nothing to a like at this hotel - it is excellent all around.

“It has an inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable rooms and beds. The aesthetics of the room are inviting and the conveniences of the amenities from high speed internet to a do it yourself laundry facility are outstanding. We go to this hotel almost weekly and never stay anywhere else unless we absolutely have too.”

• I would have liked to see a shower cap and the type of lotions and shampoo that they have at the upscale Marriott hotel and a complimentary breakfast.

“Front counter lady, when I arrived, could take a lesson in public relations. I complained that the continental breakfast was not complimentary, like most hotels, and she wasn't about to try to satisfy me. It also opened at 7:00 AM which is too late in the morning. Most Hotels like theirs where continental b/fast is included open at 6:00 AM The sooner they correct the above the better it would be.”

• Newly renovated and very comfortable room.
• Rooms in the front of the hotel are noisy from street traffic.

“Brand new renovation. The room is very comfortable and the decor has a warm friendly feeling with nice color accents. Very comfortable bed. Close to freeway and many restaurants, Star bucks, supermarkets and stores. Fast wireless Internet TV had a 27" screen.”

“The facility was a couple blocks off I-5, but was easy to locate - plus no problems with highway noise. It's in a nice business park area which seemed like a safe area. A good selection of places to eat from drive-thru to sit-down meals are nearby. The room was nicely decorated with all well maintained furnishings. Nice linens - presented with fancy folded towels and turned down bedding. An extremely pleasant stay!”
