• Close to location and easy access.
• I asked for a room with just one bed and it was a handicapped.

“The handicapped room was not really functional for the non-handicapped. The shower had a hand held that would not stay in place and pointed at the curtain and the floor flooded when you showered. I would say that I was looking for an economy hotel and compared to all the others I have stayed at, it was fine and better than many.”

• The roof did not leak
• Well worn facility, keys did not work for more than one use, bad TV

“Traffic on Howe made getting in and out of motel difficult, and created lots of noise. Guest noise herd through walls. TV remotes did not work until two trips were made back to front desk. Padding on mattress edges worn thin so you were in contact with metal frame at edge of bed. Keys would only work for one programming and then would have to be reprogrammed. Coffee was not made in enough volume to serve all guests without waiting.”
