• the hotel was beautiful and clean the night manager was extremely helpful!
• There was a waitress in the dining room who ruined our meal with snapping at us and being rude. She was a middle aged dark haired woman and was bossy

“The hotel was excellent on the whole. It was clean and I felt safe with the location. They had night patrol searching the parking lot. I know that as I could not sleep and was looking out the widow in the early hours of morning.”

• Nearly all staff were courteous and hotel was clean and quiet
• Operator was a little short when I called to ask about check out times the night of check-in.

“Overall, a good stay and would definetly recommend it if you don't need to be right downtown. A huge mall is located less than a mile away.”

“We were so glad to get the Sacto Arden West Hilton. It was perfectly located near the conference we attended. Right off the freeway but not noisy at all. Beautiful lobby. Great room! Would go again in a heartbeat!”

• The bath tub faucet leaked and the beds are too small, should be queen size beds

“Overall, the hotel is convenient to the freeways and the mall. The beds are too small for two adults and was not comfortable. The restroom could be a little bigger, but the rest of the room was ok.”

• Big, clean and easy parking.
• You can see it from the main highway but it is difficult to get there. Lots of side streets required to get to hotel.

• The location was very convient for what I had to do while I was in Sacramento.
• Every night I was there, the parking lot was full.

“I only interacted with the front desk staff and they were very good. My room was what I expected for a Hilton Hotel. It was definitely worth what I paid.”

• very nice lobby
• got a room next to elevator -- very loud, needed earplugs to sleep

“You can hear the elevator going up and down and the ding of the elevator stopping on your floor. It's quite loud. The front desk was nice enough to send up earplugs though.”

• Everyone seemed to be wearing a suit. almost too formal

“Located near the Arden Mall and convenient access to downtown as well as other areas of the city the Hotel was quiet and clean with a wealth of services located within the facility. It is obvious that here were attempts made to provide something extra to the client.”

• I have always been impressed with the quality of the accomodations
• There was not enough parking.

“The Hilton was very nice, well appointed and the staff was very courteous. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, including the front desk, bellman, waitstaff in the restaurant, and even the clerk in the giftshop. It made for a very pleasant stay.”

• The room was large and spacious.
• One of two elevators was not working. Had to wait very long time to get to the 10th floor.

“We were very impressed by our stay at the Hilton Arden in Sacramento. The staff was efficient and very friendly. The rooms are decorated nicely and were clean and fresh which made for a lovely stay. Their service to shopping at Arden Mall was greatly appreciated because we had last minute Christmas shopping. The driver was very courteous and helpful. We again would like to thank you for our stay.”
