• Convenient location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
• No changing table in the public bathroom for baby. Restaurant closed for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday night. Would have liked room service.

“Nice, clean, comfortable. They had a crib for our baby and tried very hard to put us in a quiet room. Unfortunately the hotel was over run with airmen returning from Iraq, most of which needed to leave the hotel in the wee hours of the morning so noise was a problem but at no fault of the hotel or the men and women in uniform. Just one of those things.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating.

“We stayed here for 1 night. I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews about the noise but I had no complaints at all. The room was clean and the temp was able to be adjusted by the hotel guest. I was very pleased.”

• The Gym was top notch.

• Courtesy shuttle to restaurant.
• Lobby was rather unattractive with dining area very close.

“I really liked the staff at this hotel. The desk clerk drove me to a nearby restaurant and then picked me up at an arranged time. The room was spacious with everything a business person might need. The bed was wonderful!”

• The beds are soft, the room has LCD HDTV, free broadband and great breakfast.
• I would have liked to see a couple more washer and dryer units for my laundry.

“This hotel is not the most luxurious, but it is part of the Hilton brand and is very obvious. This hotel is more of the middle and upper middle class American version of the grander Hilton Hotels. Very comfortable, wonderful staff, very clean, Widescreen LCD HDTV in the rooms, adjustable bed firmness, great breakfast, and the list goes on. It is in a very convenient location for me so that is also a huge plus.”

• Friendliness and cleanliness, restaurant was very good.
• A little inconvenient to get to but would stay there again now that I am familiar with the area.

“It was late when we arrived and they had not saved a queen bed for us but did move us the following day which was not a problem. We were too tired to care! Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good! Would stay her again. Near lots of sight seeing but a very quiet location for hotel.”

• Nothing really. We had a very good experience at this hotel.

“The hotel is a newer build. It has excellent amenities with fridge and microwave included. The pool was spacious and cleans as was the lobby. It was very clean and pleasant overall. We would definitely stay there again.”

• The staff they got along with themselves and it carried over onto us customers.
• Can't say a negative thing.

“If I could bring myself to a 10 rating I would. The staff was caring and had a good time in view of us travelers and in hidden view. I could hear them behind closed doors enjoying each others company. I have been going thru you folks for over 10 years and I can truly say for the money there has only been one other place and that was in Kentucky the wife and I had a suite. But did not have the service and warmth of the Sacramento crew.”

• It was clean and new, and not far from the festival we were attending.
• We booked 4 rooms for the festival and they could not guarantee two beds.

“I'm usually able to request two beds, but not here. I was told two weeks ahead to call either the day before or the day of our reservation to request two beds. I did! I reserved 4 rooms for a band playing at a festival. The band members did not want to sleep in one bed. I had to suggest a roll away, since they only had rooms with kings. They were not very accommodating. She had a poor attitude.”

• Microwave and Fridge in the room. Free high-speed Internet in rooms. Rooms seems clean.
• Beds were uncomfortable. Way to soft and springy. Thin walls. Some noise from the freeway.

“Location is surrounded by other hotel and commercial business buildings. Close to I5. No dining within walking distance of this hotel; except for hotel-dining. Parking is ample and free. Check-in was simple. The gentleman at the Front desk was extremely pleasant. We were on the second floor. Love the microwave and mini-fridge. Free high-speed Internet in the room. A negative is that they have only two double beds instead of 2 queens. Beds were not really comfortable; way too soft and springy for us. Room seems clean. I think there was a small leak around the toilet area. Minor issue so I didn't see the need to complaint. Thin walls, we heard noise outside and from upstairs. We also heard the freeway but it wasn't that bad. Overall, a good one night stay.”

“The beds are very hard and the hotel is difficult to find. I grew up near this hotel and I still got lost trying to find the entrance. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel. It should include free breakfast.”

“This is a very nice hotel. It is set away from the city and has nice surroundings. It is close to old town Sacramento. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but many just a mile away.”

• Neighborhood was very dirty and noisy.

“I arrived late and was appalled by the trash in the street. I know that this is not the responsibility of the hotel, but it detracts very much. The street noise was very noticeable I took the metro and walked to the hotel and did not feel safe. I am not easily scared, but could not recommend this facility to other seniors despite the clean facility and the polite staff.”

• good location, nice rooms, friendly staff
• noise...doors slamming all night, occupants yelling etc.

“Our stay would have been better if the party or whatever it was didnt happen accross from our room. People yelling, doors slamming running up and down the halls. It was very distracting and went on from about midnight to about 3:00 am. The hotel has onsight security which I observed patrolling earlier. He must go home at 12:00?”

“This hotel was extremely convenient as well as clean and nicely furnished. I had several family members and friends stay there during a recent trip to Sacramento and all were impressed by facilities and happy about the price. An excellent place to stay for convenience and proximity to downtown without the hassel of downtown traffic. Highly recommend.”
