• Room was spacious and well appointed, comfortable.
• A little difficult to get to, may have been map quest directions.

“The room was very large with a small kitchen, no dining table but counter stools. Living area with comfortable couch and arm chair and an adequate desk. Very nice bedding and comfortable bed (and I'm picky on this point). My ground floor room felt safe and quite even though hotel was close to freeway and airport. Coming from a rual area I was afraid I might not be able to sleep but I had no trouble at all. Breakfast was offered not continental but full hot breakfast, I did not indulge but it sure smelled great. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Hard to find, passed it twice before finding it.

“Rooms are nice; clean with great extras like extended kitchenette, close to shopping, restaurants, gas station, only problem is difficulty in finding hotel. It is hidden behind a strip mall with its entrance through the parking lot for the mall.”

• The service was friendly, breakfast great, facilities clean. Very nice!
• A little hard to find, having to go through the shopping center parking lot.

“We had a fantastic stay at this facility. We were in a little studio with a kitchen, and living room area. It was clean. The breakfast was fantastic with hot food and pastries. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, bagels, donuts. Popcorn in the room. We loved it!”

• Size of room, and refrigerator.
• Complimentary breakfast until 10:00. Food was completely gone by 9:30, not even a slice of bread or muffin left. Coffee pots empty.

“Need more parking. Hotel right next to freeway on-ramp on freeway. I can only imagine if you are assigned a room facing the freeway. About 1/2 inch space at the bottom of the front door. Cold wind and leaves blowing through the bottom of the door.”

• Difficult to find from the road.

“Modern, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast selection and dining area. Condo-style layout with attractive landscaping, pool and BBQ area affords privacy and attractive "out of the room" time for unwinding. Kitchen is fully-equipped, including dishwasher. Delightful for families. An exceptional value for the money. True residence experience. Conveniently located just a few minutes north of Downtown.”

• Mattress didn't give good support.

“Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good. It is located close to I-5 but difficult to find. It's tucked behind new buildings. If the mattresses were firmer we'd be happy to stay there again.”

• A little hard to find.

“While my stay was mostly a sleep, shower and go and I did not have time to really appreciate the motel, it was nice and clean. Since we were leaving too early for breakfast my associate was able to get some cereal and milk from the front desk to take to his room so he could eat before I dropped him off at airport.”

“Breakfast and early evening hospitality hour were a nice surprise. Only had three concerns. 1-how about letting long term guests have unlimited use of computer (had to pay for each use) along with having tokens for the laundry machines. ”

• I liked the overall quality and the location.
• Can not say anything bad about the Residence Inn.

“The Residence Inn Sacramento Airport Natomas in Sacramento is a conveniently located Hotel of very good quality. Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The Hotel offers complimentary Internet access (provided you bring your own laptop), and offers both a complimentary full breakfast in the morning and a social hour (with snacks and drinks) in the early evening. Parking is easy. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent value.”

• Supposedly there were new mattresses a year ago but they need the new memory toppers to be top drawer.

• The roominess and home like qualities.
• The hotel house keeping staff was rude and impatient (came to clean @ 8am!).

“My husband and I enjoyed this hotel very much. The accommodations are ample with the added little touches to make the guests feel special. Like complimentary bag of microwave popcorn and a candy dish filled with candy on the coffee table. The complimentary breakfast was yummy and offered quite an array of choices. The pool was a bit small, but I'm not complaining, we were swimming in December! I will return to this establishment and have already recommended to others as well! A word of warning though, the house-keeping staff is a bit aggressive and rude. Was ready to kick us out of our room at 8:00 AM sharp and then when we told her we wouldn't be checking out until closer to the check out time (which is noon) she handed my husband the fresh sheets anyway and instructed him to place them on the couch for her.”

• Room was not clean - someone had used the fireplace and there was soot everywhere.

• The shower temperature is to cool, I know it has a temperature protector , but needs to be warmer. Also is hard to find as it has no sign that I could see.

• Convenient location, very comfortable Rooms and sitting area with kitchen.
• The only negative is that our room was a smoking room only one left available.

“The hotel was very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The best experience at this price point by far! The only room available was a smoking room but the staff brought in an ozone air cleaning machine and special air and fabric fresheners to make our stay more comfortable. Very accommodating. We stayed only one night but I would choose this hotel for future stays.”

“The hotel was nicely arranged with excellent kitchen and bathroom. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is well maintained. The breakfast was super and served just about every kind of breakfast food. The area of the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom was very spacious.”

• Very comfortable, down comforters, nice layout for studio apartment - style lodging. Great pool area with gas BBQ setup for guests.

“A great place, especially for an extended stay. Setup is just like a small studio apartment with a kitchen/living area/sleeping area. Friendly staff, nice complimentary hot breakfast (while I was there, included waffles, French toast, and scrambled eggs). Pool is very clean, and includes 2 BBQ's.”

• Saturday night very, very loud bunch of under-age guests.

“Even though the mess on Saturday night I was well accommodated by the Desk Clerk who relocated me to a very much quieter room. The next morning I stopped at Satarbuck's nearby and the same Desk Clerk (didn't get his name) tried to make up for my inconvenience of the night before by buying my triple-breve'-vente'-latte...way cool!”

• Lobby under renovation, so slight inconvenience.

• It was under construction, but still very beautiful.
• There was no exit off the freeway coming from Northern CA heading South.
