• Good location and
  no highway noise.
• The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

• Excellent gourmet restaurant.
• Hot tub pump ran loudly all night outside our patio room.

“The location was good. The restaurant was excellent and by the outside appearance you would never guess how nice the restaurant was. Gourmet choices, large wine selection, but a little on the pricy side. Well worth it though. They stop serving at 8:30 pm so if you expect a late dinner you'll be out of luck. Loud pumps ran all night and there were several out of town oil rig workers staying there and they were outside their rooms all evening talking loudly and drinking beer. It finally quieted down by 11:15 pm. The pool was not heated but the hot tub was powerful. The maids did not provide fresh wash clothes or restock the shampoos. There was no carafe for the small in room coffee maker - you placed a plastic type cup under drip. It made the coffee taste like hot plastic so we went to the coffee shop instead and ordered coffee to go. Centrally located with several shopping areas and other restaurants like Chilisl red robin, sizzler. For the area, it¿s the best hotel there.”

• Room/Bath area spacious; TV reception good.
• Room key worked once, then had to get another--this happened twice and, due to distance to office, was very inconvenient.

• I liked the big screen TV.
• I did not like that I ordered a smoking room and got a non-smoking room with no ashtrays. I smoked anyway.

“Overall it was good. Next time just give me what I ask for. IF I ask for a smoking room, give me one and don't give me any crap about it either.”

• The pool. We travel for sports reason and the kids enjoy the pool and how clean the pool and hotel is.
• Nothing.

“This is the second time that I and my children have stayed in this brand hotel. We had the best time and appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you to Chico and Yuba city best western.”

• I loved how friendly the staff was. I was pleasantly surprised. I will go back when I'm in the area.
