• Attentive front desk staff, room was well kept, bedding was clean and crisp, bathroom was nice.
• The area seemed unsafe, bed was too hard.

• The owners were very, very, nice! They were the only good thing about the hotel.
• The room was not very clean and the handle on the toilet was broken.

“The hotel was much worse than I expected. Hotel prices were very expense in the surrounding area, but it would have been worth it to pay a little more and not have to stay at this hotel. The owners were very helpful and very nice the only positive thing I have to say about the hotel.”

• Conveniently located close to hwy 101.
• I could feel the bed springs poking through the mattress.

“We reached late and there were only 1 room left. This room was in terrible condition (dirty, broken A/C, etc). The staff could not do much as he mentioned that his manager was on vacation. There was a fan in the room (which to me, implied that someone knows about the broken A/C in the room but did not try to fix it before that). We ended up not staying in that hotel. However, due to the long weekend, all hotels in that place were fully booked causing us lots of troubles to get another room to sleep in. Will definitely not go back there.”

• There was easy freeway access and nearby markets.
• It was too noisy. You could hear loudly those in other rooms.

“Overall, it was not too expensive, but you get what you pay for. It was noisy sometimes, and when I asked for batteries for the remote control, they didn't have any on hand and never replaced them, though we were staying one more day.”
