• Felt like we were at home, San Jose is beautiful with foothills in the background.
• Need more luggage carts, a little hard to find.

“I took my in-laws on vacation. my father -in-law is very particular, however he commented on how clean the hotel was and he would return again, this was my third stay and I will definitely return, thank you!!”

• The manager C Della Cruz was NOT very accommodating.

• this hotel's manager C De La Cruz was extremely professional.
• Everything was good.
