• The location is close to friends.
• The parking is not clean. The bathroom wall is not clean.

• The price.
• Pizza (?) oil and stains all over the sheets.

“I thought the room was decent until I woke up in the morning and tossed back the covers. There was pizza sauce dried on the sheets. I was not offered reimbursement. We checked into a different hotel. Besides lack of cleanliness, the hotel is not close to much in the way of food. Choices are Denny's and (go figure) ordering pizza.”

• Location and affordability.
• Staff was uncourteous for the most part.

“Nothing other than the location is attractive. I saw a spider crawling on the wall in my room. A non-smoking room was not available, and this room had burn spots all over. I think next time I would rather spend $10 more and stay at a better hotel.”

• The room was clean.

“The first night I did not feel safe like I did at the motel 6 in Los Angeles because there was no security there. I noticed that other tenants seemed to feel the same way. The parking lot had only one entrance and was not light up enough. Next time I travel to San Jose I will drive by the motel 6 and see if I like it better. Another problem I had with the manager is a I asked for a receipt for the first 2 nights I stayed. She declined to give me one saying I should receive one in my e mail.”

• Close to where I wanted.
• Wallpaper was peeling off in upper right hand corner of wash area.

“Good for what I hoped for. Nice area. Price fit the bill.”
