• The staff was all very helpful and friendly.
• Unfortunately the pool area was being worked on, so it was messy.

• I loved the sheets on the bed and that it had a mini-refrigerator.
• Inside window had not been cleaned. Finger prints on it.

“This is a great hotel, very modern and comfortable right downtown close to everything. The room was decorated nicely in an updated fashion.”

• Well kept facility with spacious room.
• Parking.

“We stayed here one night in July '04, and found the facility to be excellent. Parking garage is shared with the convention center next door, and was a pain getting in and out. Otherwise, no problems.”

“Concierge and counter service was excellent. Bathroom floor in my room didn't seem to have been cleaned every day. The hot water was way too hot for me; what's worse, the cold water came out hot.”

“Overall the San Jose Hilton Tower is an excellent hotel and a great location in downtown San Jose plus it is next to the Convention Center.”

“We were in San Jose for a convention which unfortunately had a very low attendance. We were a little disappointed when an upgrade was not available to us considering 1-we were told that the hotel was at a 30% capacity, and 2-would have been willing to pay extra. Otherwise, it was fine.”
