• Immaculate room, went beyond expectations, very comfortable bed and
  excellent value.
• Some train noise during the day, did not hear any trains during the evening or nighttime hours.

“Milpitas is one of my favorite cities to stay in when I'm in the south bay. The Courtyard was new, the room presentation was beautiful. Just the way the bed was made was a first indicator of the upscale quality I would enjoy. Enjoyed the large LCD TV. Very spacious and elegant check in area. There hotel is located right next to the great mall. Would definitely recommend.”

• I liked the fact that it was so close to Dave & Busters. I liked the pool area.
• Parts of the hotel were under construction.

• That hotel sets the mood for anything! Its perfect for family and business travel.
• There were no dislikes.

• I was pleased that they had a restaurant for breakfast.
• I was not informed that the cost of breakfast was separate.

“Good location next to mall with decent quality room and free internet are the pluses in addition to friendly and professional staff. If the room comes with complimentary breakfast it would be the perfect stay.”

“The hotel is very organized and neat. I like the fact that they served breakfast in the hotel. It is a very comfortable place to stay in regardless of what type of traveler you are.”

• My first impression of based on location was excellent. The rooms were nicer than I expected. Very clean and updated. I would stay here again!
• Everything was great.

“The Lobby is beautiful and the grounds well kept. The location, close to the Great Mall, worked out perfectly for us. The rooms are roomy and clean and the hotel staff was very friendly.”

• The hotel was convenient and very accommodating. Didn't bother me when I put out the do not disturb sign like some other hotels do, I work nights.
• The exercise equipment was pretty antiquated and worn but it did work for what I needed.

“I enjoyed my stay here. It was within walking distance to shopping and a variety of restaurants. It was also close to the freeway and a quick trip to work. Hope I get to stay here again. Everyone who worked there was great.”
