• Generally clean, crisp, stylish and
  recently upgraded.
• Carpet could use a cleaning, but not too bad.

“Courteous and attentive staff, very well kept premises. Room was small but efficient. Nicely upgraded recently. Tasteful and stylish. High quality furnishings. AC/plumbing worked perfectly. Convenient location. Airport noise not a problem.”

• Color scheme and decorations in the room itself. Also like that the rooms are supplied with wired internet as well as wireless.
• I did not like that the bottled water in the room was charged at $2.50 a bottle. Found it a little ridiculous.

“I would definitely love to stay at this particular hotel again any day of the week. When I stayed there, the pooled was not in service and it was kind of disappointing being that it was hot the days I was there. It looked like they drained the pool may be due to a leak of some sort. Other than that, I found the hotel to be peaceful and quiet. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.”

• Wake up call was 30 minutes late. Almost missed my flight.

• I enjoyed the surroundings.
• Did not get very good service with the breakfast buffet.

“I enjoyed this hotel and would return if given the opportunity. It smelled and looked new. The tile was very nicely done in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. I like the Jacuzzi area and the fact that it is indoors.”

• It was near the airport, had a gazebo and hot tub.
• The room was two beds with no bath, only shower.

“Good for business travelers, practically next to hotel and good service. Not recommended for couples whom are leisure travelers.”

• Location to downtown.
• Really should have had wireless internet for being a b business hotel.

“There was a wired hookup in the room that did not work. The desk said they would have someone contact me to fix it right away, never showed. The "business center" computer which was not free as it would have been on the wire upstairs and its clock ran out 40 minutes early. Bottom line was it should have been wireless in the first place in a top notch business hotel. Food good, room good and clean, elevator a little slow.”

• From the time I first called the hotel until the time I left, the staff (especially Jennifer) was genuinely helpful and unfailingly courteous.
• I did not encounter any problems on this trip.

“Well situated and designed, with practical and aesthetic touches equally represented. The staff is obviously chosen for friendliness and is trained well. Jennifer is a major find and the hotel would do well to do whatever it takes to retain her. She is a fine ambassador.”

• It was very attractive & the rooms were very clean & very nice.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

• Desk clerk didn't code my key for two nights.

“When I checked in, for those two consecutive nights, she did see to it that I was in the same room for two nights, but didn't code the key card. Had to go to front desk on the second day to do this.”

• I felt it was better than the 2+ rating and the rooms were insulated better.
• Having to pay $2.50 for a bottle of water that was in the room. Should be free. The coffee was.

“My impression was that the rooms were not built cheaply and the insulation from sound from other rooms was better than most places. I was impressed all around and gave the hotel a higher rating than it had.”

• Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
• One of my friends arrived late and saw "undesirables" cruising the parking lot.

“Hotel was conveniently located, the room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient for me. (Close to the airport and downtown.) I would stay here again, and would like to try other courtyard by Marriott hotels.”

• Great location just off the freeway and near the airport; quiet, nice rooms.
• Hotel staff friendlier to returning customers (obvious).

“Clean, nicely-decorated rooms. Quiet. Near airport, near freeway, however also short, easy drive to downtown. I was a woman alone and felt safe coming in late at night. I would definitely stay again. I have stayed here twice, and both times slept well!”

• It was a great hotel for the price and the location was perfect as I was there putting a friend on the plane after a weeklong visit. I.
• Local phone calls 75 cents, no wireless service and a minimum $4 charge for the lobby computer.

“It is an upscale hotel near the san Jose airport. It was convenient as I was dropping a friend off at the airport and I live 250 miles away.”

• VERY close to the airport - I returned my rental and they picked me up and brought me back the next day by shuttle.
• LOUD air conditioner. No continental breakfast, but a buffet for $9.95.

“The location was great, the place was clean, the beds and linens were fantastic. No complaints here.”

• we expected a two bed room and the room only had a hideaway couch and one bed
