• Very spacious and convenient. In addition to a king size bed, the sofa folds out too.
• Had dishes and cups and everything, but no sponge. Internet was slow.

“I would definitely stay here again. The price was good, and the room had all the accommodations that anyone would need, including an big soft that folds out for no extra charge. The wireless internet was not the fastest, but it was adequate enough.”

• Good full sized room with kitchen.
• Coffee bar in lobby not properly stocked with supplies.

“It was an above average 2*; especially the rooms, which were huge and included a kitchen/dinette and a couch, but the coffee bar in the lobby was not properly stocked; no sweetener or creamer.”

• The mold in the bathroom was really bad! Not just a little but a strip 6" X 1'.

“Other than the bathroom everything else was fine. Could of been closer to a restaurant.”

• Kitchenette, large bathroom.
• Sheets had holes, bed was
  very uncomfortable, AC unit unpredictable.

“For the money, this hotel was adequate. The staff was nice. The room was large, with one queen bed. The bed was not comfortable. The AC made the room too cold or too hot, and it was loud. The kitchen was a plus (bring your own snacks). The hotel was quiet when we checked in. This hotel is geared for extended stay.”

• It is convenient to all my dining needs. Price was perfect.
• None.

“My stay was upgraded by the employee 30 December, 2005. He put me in a one bedroom with a king size bed. Its size was perfect for me; it has free internet service at the lobby which helped me quite a bit in communicating with people I know outside of Milpitas. Around the hotel were numerous restaurants that met my personal needs. Keep doing what you are doing.”

• I like the kitchen area very much and the room was very comfortable.

• All rooms come with basic amenities
• Satellite TV. was inconsistent

“Lobby is very clean. Rooms come with fridge, stove, microwave, small dining table, sink, cabinets and set up like a studio. Very comfortable and safe area. Close to eats at McCarthy Ranch and Wal-Mart. Room quality ok.”

• Kitchen facility inside the room and nice staff.
• Unclean guest room, clogged toilet and no toothbrush provided.

“Staff and location are good. The kitchen equipped room is satisfactory too. However, there were times when we checked-in to a new room and found out the room hasn't been completely cleaned. Trash from the previous guest still in the trash can and unflushed toilet were the two most disgusting experiences we had had with this hotel. But then, we told the staff of this problem and he sincerely apologized it and upgraded us to another room.”

• I found nothing not to like about this hotel.

“Easy access to 880 and 237. Lots of shopping and exotic food. Access to Hong Kong style groceries and restaurants within walking distance. American dining and shopping a short drive away. Lots to like about this location.”

• The price.
• For a two star hotel I always hope to get a swimming pool. Rooms had only one bed.

• everything was alright, and we were pleased....thanks.

“The only problem I had was the surprised extra charges in my room bill....and they said that they were going to correct it, I didnt ask for any upgrade in my rooms, and they did charge my credit card without my permission, and I have not seen my bill yet, we were pleased with the hotel and I would definitely recommend.”

• I liked the location and the price
• It is a little run down. It is a little old, kind of stagnant smell.

• The rooms were spacious and very clean.
• The nighttime desk clerk was not very knowledgeable and helpful.
