“I called before I got there and the lady was rude, then I went in to check in and was not able to do so, since they take $100.00 deposit fee in case of any damage. I was not able to check in I lost my money as well as I had to sleep in my car.” Aug 30, 2008 by
Fay from San Diego, CA
“The front desk was very helpful. We called 4 times because I was lost, & she was very pleasant, and helpful. She never got short or frustrated with me.” Jun 8, 2008 by
Donna from Modest, CA
“Clean rooms and a larger scale showers o.k. Entrance to room was outdoor no lobby entrance overall met needs and friendly staff.” May 29, 2008 by
Danielle
“The hotel was very nice for the price and the staff was nice when they understood what the question was. I was annoying to have to each night to get the room card reactivated and each time the staff said they fixed the problem but each day it was the same.” May 15, 2008 by
Dan from Escondido, CA
“If your going to a breakfast area open from a certain time to a certain time, you need to have more than crumbs from the bottom of the box in your bowls etc.” Dec 3, 2007 by
Guy from Bountiful, UT
“Because of the construction there was no place to park. Also the construction materials were all over the place. Maybe after the construction is over it will be nice to stay.” Oct 24, 2007 by
Waye from Spokane, WA
“Access to university of Santa Clara was very convenient. The sole purpose for my trip.” Oct 17, 2007 by
Rebecca from Glendale, CA
“Overall, nice. Nothing amazing, but the sitting area in the room was a great feature, and the continental breakfast definitely made life easier (and more affordable). I felt pretty safe as far as cleanliness/not picking up any scary bacteria goes, but was annoyed that the bed was made incorrectly. The bottom sheet was tucked in too much at the top, leaving the mattress exposed to my feet at the bottom of the bed. We had to re make the bed before we went to sleep, and I was a bit annoyed, but the problem didn't re appear the e next day.” Aug 26, 2007 by
Devinder from La Porte, TX
“It was comfortable to stay. I would call it a motel and not a Hotel. No pool and coffee shop. Inadequate number of TV channels. I would not stay here next time.” Jul 20, 2007 by
Virgil from Lotus, CA
“Great location, friendly staff, consistent with what you may find in a 2star motel. The room was a little worn but clean. Would be good for business traveler or family. Good breakfast.” Jun 8, 2007 by
J from Kentfield, CA
“Very noisy position on busy road - awakened at 4 am. Clean but tired from hotel to bedding.” Mar 4, 2007 by
Susan from Sahuarita, AZ
“Lackluster motel. Nothing fancy or luxurious. Though it was a nonsmoking room, there were plenty of cigarette burns on the two bedspreads. Two empty beer bottles perched outside the window out of reach--an emblem of the lack of care. Breakfast selections were almost all of a sugar nature.” May 6, 2006 by
Renata from Novato, CA
“For a one night quick stay, this hotel was adequate. I would not suggest it as a place to do business or recline. Ask for a room in the back as the front of El Camino is noisy all the time.” Hotel Representatives:
