• Location is great; room comfortable and very clean; upscale, great place!
• Nothing negative to say.

• Big bright room, table to sit at in comfort, nice bathroom.
• Not safe.

“We welcomed the apples, cookies and coffee during the day. Breakfast was excellent and was included. We would return again if in Campbell.”

• Great hotel clean new and classy, the nicest 2.5 star I have ever seen, it feels like a 4star.
• Nothing it was perfect.

“This hotel is awesome, worth every penny and more. They saw that I brought my family along and upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge with a smile on their faces. The best value in the area by far in a great location. Dont let the star level fool you, it feels like a 4 star, nice new clean and classy. Part of the larkspur hotel group. All very nice hotels. This is the nicest hotel in the area far better than the Marriott, Carlisle, Bristol, Prune yard inn.”

• The level of hospitality is first class.
• More hot items for the complete breakfast.

“The Prune yard staff is amazing. We will always stay there when we visit the area. The evening manager made it an unforgettable stay for my wife and I.”
