- They open the washing room door directly to staircase.
“I want to shorten my stay from 3 nights to 1 night, when I called you, one of you employee answered: If the hotel willing to, I can modify for you, after I talked to the manager of the hotel, he agreed. Then I called you. Another guys answered: Impossible, you can't modify it. I was very angered with this.”
