• The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
• The TV was too small.

“Surprisingly inexpensive hotel close to the heart of the Silicon Valley. Easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and updated room with very comfortable bed.”

• Complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast.
• They don't give you hair conditioner.

“I had a good stay. I like that there is plenty of free parking and it is near many restaurants. The bungalow look of the rooms is pretty cool too.”

• Good location, clean, comfortable, nice coffee mugs (would have been nice to take).
• Slightly small room, no microwave or table chairs, coffee filters etc.

“Consider going more green. Bamboo towel sets, robes sheets blankets.”

• The room was pleasant.
• Everything, walls can hear everything next door and in the hallways.

“I had a pleasant experience the first few nights but then turned into a terrible experience as you can hear the people next door talking, the kid on the other side crying and the guy upstairs loudly pacing in addition to hearing people start to walk down the hallway several feet away due to a major crack under the door. Otherwise, the room was very nice with a comfortable bed and pillows.”

• I like the set up and décor.
• There was not an onsite restaurant or room service.

“I like the hotel but was under the impression it was a full service facility. It was also a non smoking hotel which was inconvenient as I wasn't able to have that information before hand or I would not have booked the hotel.”

• Boutique hotel with cute resort theme.

“Decent hotel - clean, spacious rooms, and nice bathrooms, cute decor. Breakfast was a simple affair: toast, muffins, etc. The other staff fixed the problem for us, but we were pretty upset about that.”

• Free cocktails and breakfast. Also , the part when I left.
• Over priced and over rated.

“Entry from parking lot on the ground floor was crowded with dirty laundry, garbage and recycling. Maids' carts blocked the aisles and the laundry/maintenance room was open and a mess for all to see. Noisy and dirty. The hotel is under a remodel/construction. Messy and dirty. The ground floor rooms feel like basement rooms. The refrigerators do not work at all. They are, in the words of the front desk clerk," More like an ice box". You need to get ice. This hotel bills itself as a "boutique" hotel. The only thing boutique about it is the decorating at the front entry and the snootiness of the front-end help.”

• Extremely comfortable canopy beds/down comforters/awesome breakfast/lovely pool.
• Not one thing!

“Great location, quiet, felt like I was in Hawaii with open air lobby. Extremely comfortable beds with canopies and down comforters. Amazing free breakfast, lovely pool, Aveda toiletries, magnifying makeup mirror, free Internet LOVED IT!”

• Carpets are very dirty. Room smells.

“Best to avoid this one. The carpets are dirty and smell. If they clean up their hotel it would be ok. Internet connection was not good either. As for the happy hour they count the beers you drink. Choose another hotel. Should be rated 2.0”

• Good size, nicely appointed room. friendly, helpful staff.
• Did not have fox news on TV. my laptop was unable to connect to the free wireless service.

“I thought this was an excellent hotel in just about every regard and would have thought it was a good deal for even $10-15 more than I paid.”

• Very comfortable, easy to find and close to services.
• Could use a larger parking lot.

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the Sunnyvale area. They offer a quiet but convenient location and served our needs. Our meetings were held in the community center which was only a mile away.”

• They lost my swimsuit even though I called within 1 hr. of checking out and came back to the hotel

• A little out of the way for the work I was doing.

“Trendy, boutique-style hotel. Don't be turned away by the ho-hum, middle-of-the-road, "apartment-complex" look of the exterior building. The rooms are clean and surprisingly well appointed.”

• Price was outstanding, clean rooms nice pool.
• They told me I could not have breakfast on the weekends

“Room nice. Service disappointing. They told me due to my low price of the room, I could not have breakfast on the weekends and would have to pay $5.00 per person to eat. Continental breakfast not very good. Only wanted a bagel and a cup of coffee. Not worth $5.00 each.”

• Exterior appearance. No coffee maker in room.

• lock on gate from parking lot (to nearest stairway to our room) did not unlock with our room key.
