• Cheap price.
• Continental breakfast was slim.

• The rate doubled for the 2nd night booked through hotel same day.

“This was a great hotel for the price!!! We ended up staying an extra night and wish I would have booked both online because the price the 2nd night was twice as much. The room was very clean and comfortable for the star rating I knew I was going to. It was less than a 3 minute walk to the boardwalk and there is a little divider for the 2nd bed/ room. It was great for the kids and there was free WI-Fi.”

• Owner was pleasant.
• First clerk was not.

“I wanted 2 beds for my sister and I. There were not enough parking spaces. They said there were no rooms with 2 beds available but the 2 nd day I was there I saw them rent out 2 rooms with 2 beds to walk in travelers.”

“Perfect for the price, friendly and helpful staff, its a 2 star property so don't expect 5 star but perfect as it is close to the beach, downtown and all the hot spots. Therefore go there again cant wait.”

“They said that they have breakfast, which turned out to be in the lobby where we had to stand. The breakfast was coffee and a slice of lemon cake!”

• The area was horrible, the room was terrible, no running water and rude staff.

“It is terrible, dirty and would not touch it with a ten foot pole.”
