• The 1st room was not even ready, the 2nd was full of smoke, the 3rd was the hallway is full of construction.

“The staff was helpful after the fact, but they should have a better system to check the rooms are ready for the guest before they send one with all the luggage.”

• Wondeful service; Fabulous comforters, linens & pillows
• Missed having mini fridge in room -- & tiny coffeemaker

“The staff were all very helpful and kind. The pool area is very attractive and inviting. The room was very large and comfortable. We would have preferred it if there was a mini fridge -- especially since there is a little door in the cabinet that looks like a refrigerator should go there. And, what's up with the tiny one cup coffee maker?! The coffee packets provided, although Starbucks brand (African Kitamu!?) were much too strong to brew just one cup. In a regular coffeemaker that packet would easily brew at least six cups!”

“This is a great location, not too far from downtown dining in Sunnyvale. Beautifully appointed room, quiet and exceedingly comfortable. We really couldn't think of a better place to stay in Sunnyvale, and the Priceline deal we got was phenomenol. Sunnyvale is a great place to stay if you are in the San Jose/Palo Alto area on business or as a last stop before San Francisco if you are driving, as we did.”

• Furniture was stylish, location was convenient.
• Carpet was hideous, bathroom was dirty.

“Overall a good place to stay if you just need a bed. The bathroom was a little dirty (mildew in the tub area), and the whole room just had a not too clean dinginess to it. Bed was comfortable. TV was a flat screen, but signal wasn't so great (it kept cutting out).”

• The rooms were nice & updated with a huge flat screen TV.
• The location was very industrial & business-like. Not romantic at all.

• The girls at the desk did help us with a problem we had with success.
• The room was so dusty you could write our name on the table and rug was dirty.

“With the room being so dusty and carpet dirty I don't think for a 3.5 star I will want to stay at that hotel again. The breakfast wasn't that good either. I have had better at hampton inns across the united state.”

• Large room with comfortable bed.
• Room was right next to noisy service building.

“Overall the hotel was nice but it was our anniversary. We asked a room with romantic setting off the pool and away from freeway. Instead had a room with a view of the parking lot and not the garden/pool setting. Plus during day could hear high pitched ringing noise coming from the service building right next to our window.”

• Beautiful pool.
• Restaurant ran out of food during breakfast buffet before we got there.

“I was very pleased with the room. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub right outside our sliding glass door. Nice plasma TV, good coffee, and spacious bathroom.”

• The flat panel TV, Adjustable Bed, Decor, Table and lights, bathroom, ability to open windows.
• No elevators. No Free Wireless or Internet Access.

“The Hotel was located by nearby freeways and the location was perfect for our weekend trip. Flat screen TVs are a plus. However there is a charge for using their internet.”

“Beautiful two level garden hotel with fantastic restaurant. A couple of the buildings parallel a freeway which can be a little noisy. Very nice rooms.”

• It was clean and upscale.
• I did not like that I was charged for the morning paper and I didn't really like the location of the hotel.

• Very quiet even though the hotel was full.
• Having to walk outside in the rain between buildings.

“Room service breakfast was hot and on time. The restaurant breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are nicely remodeled, but each building is separate and there are no elevators (only 2 floors, though). The room was extremely quiet even though the hotel was full.”

“Hotel is recently renovated and very modern. The property is older though so the buildings have outside instead of inside stairways to the second floor. Room was very clean, granite counters in bath, and bed was very comfortable and plush.”

• Quiet, comfortable bed.
• Nicked and dimmed guests by charging for everything, even toll free calls.

“Rooms on two stories but there is no elevator. Everything but morning coffee is at additional cost: internet at $10/day, water at $4/bottle, all telephone calls at $1/each minimum. No newspaper at front door. Overrated at three stars, but certainly a nice sized, comfortable room for ordinary travelers.”

• I arrived on the day they were doing yard work and it was loud, while trying to prepare for business (just my luck).

• The outside areas were gorgeous and Faz's restaurant was good/
• The wireless internet in the restaurant did not work.

“This hotel met all my expectations except the wireless internet in the restaurant did not work. I then had to pay the $9.95 for in room internet service. After complaining about this though the supervisor erased the charges.”

• It was modern, very comfortable and well furnished.
• There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

“Most Silicon Valley hotels are clean and modern and well decorated. This hotel is no exception. The room was larger than most. There is a large heated pool. The service was friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• We stayed in there last year and Sheraton seemed to have upgraded the rooms.
• There was a bus tour outside our room that left at 5:00 am.

“Sheraton is slowly winning me over Marriott, Hilton, etc. The flat screen TVs are a hit, and the decor is modern and simple.”

• Noise from freeway was a small factor in the outside-facing rooms.

“It's newly remodeled. That should be reason enough to pick this well-located property in Silicon Valley.”

• There was no free wi-fi, my room was next to an ice machine. Noisy.

“This hotel was under construction while I was there (7/07) and so there was no lobby to relax in while waiting for family or to use a group computer. The rooms were nice as long as you ask for one away from the ice machine. They are very loud. The staff was very friendly.”

“Great value for the hotel, our room was renovated and was very comfortable. Did not appreciate being charged an extra $10 for internet hookup in the room and in the business center. The price of internet connection should be included in the price of the hotel room. Some noise from the freeway as our room was close to the road.”

• The room was very spacious and modern.
• The outside needs a renovation. Remodeling in some rooms, lots of construction material in back lot, but little to no noise.

“This hotel was conveniently located to the freeway. We requested a room that was not facing the freeway to limit noise and the staff was happy to accommodate us. The room we had was very nice inside; granite counters, large king-size bed and plenty of space. I believe our wing was recently remodeled because there were numerous construction size garbage bins outside our room and stacks of drywall (not exactly picturesque); I think they were working on the wing next to us. However, I don't recall there being any problems with noise. Hopefully they remodel the outside of the hotel too, it looks pretty drab. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and the morning room staff was very friendly in passing, smiles all around. Stayed on April 7, 2007.”

• No elevator, outside stairs only, under remodel, charged $10 to move across the hall due to freeway noise.

“Staff was very nice. Hotel under a remodel had to step over and around workers at doorways to hall. Outside cement stairs to 2nd floor, not easy to climb in rain with luggage. Rooms near freeway extremely noisy, and was charged $10.00 to move across the hall! Not a 3-star!”
