• All suites with seating area, kitchen, modern bathroom.
• White, back and purple color co-ordination, not warm.

• It was very stylish and modern. We liked the luxury feel of the hotel.
• The restaurant was too expensive. There was no free continental breakfast.

“It is a great hotel. We will go there again. It is in a very quiet area, but close to the city. We liked the stylish decor, and the quality throughout. The bed was especially comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for either pleasure or business use.”

• Good location, huge suite.
• Nobody was at the desk upon check in had to wait 5 minutes.

“The room was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and arranged. Great for bird watchers as it is located on marsh land.”

• Rooms are extremely comfortable and beds are excellent.
• Internet cost $12 a day and television was not digital. Menu is hard to understand.

“W is really a home away from home. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. Rooms are excellent for work, play or relaxing.”

• The staff was very gracious and friendly. The suite was a great value.
• Not conveniently located to anything really. In the middle of business parks.

“This hotel is great if you want a local weekend away. The hotel is located in a quiet wetland area in northern California. The rooms and amenities are very generous. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The dining room, living room, pool area, and workout facilities were all modern and well maintained. For what they offer, you simply cannot beat the price. I will absolutely, 100%, go back to this hotel with my partner within the next 6 months.”

• It's a star wood hotel, stylish; rooms are good size, free parking!
• Too far from local stores so a 24 hour snack bar area would be nice.

• Staff members were very attentive. Example: Staff member saw us in the pool and turned on the fireplace.
• No complaints.

• Large rooms, upscale décor.
• Every amenity except what you need (toothpaste).

“Trendy, hip hotel for business travelers. Comfortable large rooms. Bottled water $6.50 which is kind of insulting, where other hotels (Hilton) give you a free bottle. No rooms available with 2 doubles, only king. No bellmen available. No info about the parent company (what exactly is a "w" hotel anyway?).”

• Modern spacious hotel with a great style.
• Cleanliness was lacking in the room.

“The styling in the lobby impressed us, but once we got to our room we found: no hand soap, an open bag of potato chips in the kitchenette, the carpet was stained and dirty (needs replacing) from other guests "having a good time" and the room was booked for two and had only one bath robe.”

• I think it is on the Hayward fault and maybe some day it could fall in the Bay.

“First room they gave was across from the gym room. A lot of traffic, doors slamming. But it could get better because the room was not clean yet. Go back to the front desk and I am informed that no quiet rooms are available, everything is taken. This is at 3:30 in the afternoon. Thirty minutes after you can check in. The next room I got is one away from the gym; maybe a little better. Not so, it was so nasty, dirty, stains like I don't care to describe are everywhere in this room.”

• I enjoyed the purple furniture, the black wood, soft pillow top mattress, the bath was just beautiful.
• There was only a entrance for the first floor from the back of the hotel

• They would not provide an upgrade.

“I have stayed at this facility several times before and really enjoy it. However the hotel would not provide an upgrade, and would not credit my Star wood member program for the overnight stay.”

• Hotel was empty, but we still got a room without a view, would have been nice to get a view room.

“The Hotel is modern and well kept. Having stayed at other W hotels which usually have unfriendly employees, This W had a very friendly staff that made our stay very fun and relaxing.”

• The modern feel and the spaciousness.
• Running water was orange, not the hotels fault. Someone hit a fire hydrant outside.

• Spacious, great furniture's and amenities, loved the bathroom. Free parking, was cheap.
• It kind of looks like a motel from the outside but its great inside.

“This is a great hotel for the price. Big spacious suite like room with nice sofa, microwave, kitchen sink, etc. There is a nice TV table with a revolving top. Wonderful bathroom with separate shower and bath tub, and comes with a nice bathrobe. I definite think this is 4 star quality. Only drawback is the location. Its located in the middle of nowhere, kindly looks like a motel and hotel from the outside. But there is free parking so its good. Overall great experience.”
