• The hotel atrium was very relaxing, and the staff superior was nice.
• Nothing we didn't like.

• Convenient access to freeways and quiet area.
• The complimentary breakfast used to be served hot, now it is lukewarm, almost cold, uninviting, disappointing.

“Check in and checkout was fast and easy, the location was great in that it was easy to get on and off the freeway, the hotel was located in a quiet area, the room was fine however the bathroom should have a fan in order to avoid the steam from the shower.”

• A little far from downtown Bellevue.

“Great place to stay - large rooms, good workout area, and a very good complimentary breakfast. It's a little far from downtown Bellevue, but the facilities are great for travel or meetings.”

• I liked the comfortable and beautiful atmosphere of the lobby and room.

“The hotel lobby is beautiful and peaceful. Our room was perfect and it was only walking distance to a few fast food places. It is also right next to the freeway with easy access. The staff is also very friendly.”

• Open feel, nice lobby.
• Pool was closed for remodel.

“The rooms all face a large indoor, open area that has some small water falls and running creek-type water features. Plants in the indoor area give a nice feel to it. The daily manager's free happy hour is a bonus. Our 1-1/2 year old had a blast running around the plants/water areas, really tired him out.”

“At this present moment, I am here at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Bellevue, WA. I contacted the front desk here at the hotel I am staying and requested to add an additional night to my stay. This does make perfectly good sense. Not so happy.”

• I loved the restaurant! The food was some of the best I have had!
• The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

“This is a lovely hotel. My husband and I prefer to stay in a suite and this hotel fits that need very well. The restaurant was amazing! We had such a wonderful meal the first night that we just had to go back the next night as well!”

• The stream that runs thru it is soothing.
• Had a convention is the middle of where you usually have managers time.

“Was nice but had been changed to accommodate an animal grooming convention. We could not sit and enjoy the sound of the stream running through the hotel as in the past. They took up over half of the hotel space. We had to look at them every time we left our room. The free breakfast was good and they had many things to choose from. The rooms were clean and everyone was helpful.”

• Excellent accommodations, friendly staff, excellent hosted bar and breakfast!
• No complaints.

“A good value. Comfortable, quiet and King bed was very comfortable. Hosted bar at 5PM a great surprise. Excellent buffet. Highly recommended - thanks for letting us do scavenger hunt for 12 year old's birthday party.”

• Fully cooked breakfast. Manager¿s receptions happy hour. Indoor pool. Room cleanness.
• Receptionist was not very friendly. Need a refresh in how to deal with customers.
