• Quiet, comfortable, user-friendly.
• Many rooms are shady, I like plenty of light.

• The pool area was very nice & relaxing.
• The pool area could have been cleaner.

• Excellent, attentive service.
• Restaurant stopped breakfast service too early. Reception with loud music blared.

“A charming Oasis is in a great location. Near Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Shopping Center. Attentive, professional staff. Lovely rooms.”

“I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year and have never stayed in a hotel with better customer service! They are so kind, go out of their way to help you. We moved here by chance after having a horrible experience at a hotel in Monterey. I am so glad we did! I traveled with my 18 year old neice and my 7 year old daughter. We felt safe the entire time. We ordered room service and the man who brought our food told us that he would save us a basket of cookies at the lobby desk when we were done with dinner.....I look forward to many stays at this hotel as we are season ticket holders to Great America Park and come to this area several times a year. Close to EVERYTHING....”
