• Staff was very fast, gracious, yet thorough in helping.
• No complaints.

“We had a very pleasant stay, comfortable room, very good breakfast. Needed to find local cell phone company and they had instant information. When asked about better price, they immediately asked if we had triple A, which saved us money on an expensive but necessary trip to help a friend.”

• Clean, comfortable, pool, super restaurant and spa/salon, great shopping, easy access to freeway, but no noise.
• Loved everything.

“This hotel has a wonderful restaurant, a spa/salon that provides excellent service, and also provides a wonderful buffet for breakfast. Several meeting rooms are also available for business groups. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of attractions in the local area. Immaculately clean, extremely comfortable rooms provide a restful stay no matter what the occasion.”

• The service is amazing and this hotel is very clean.
• I loved everything about this hotel.

“This hotel provides you with 5 star service. The complimentary buffet breakfast is amazing and worth the stay alone! They provide you with a shuttle to the outlets & casino. The room itself is so clean! The hotel may look "older" on the outside but they have kept it up so well that you wouldn't be able to guess the age (when I say "older" on the outside, they have kept the outside up with the landscaping, etc, that you wouldn't even think that it was older). I recommend this hotel to everyone that is going to shop the outlets in Tulalip or the Tulalip Casino. Even for a get-a-way. I hear their restaurant is excellent, and they have a spa to-boot! It doesn't get any better than that! Thanks Hawthorne Inn for another excellent experience.”

• The full breakfast provided.
• The check-in clerk did not know from the reservation that it was prepaid, and we were charged again on checkout. Presenting our receipt rectified this.

“We found this to be a good location, outside the busy downtown. We liked the business center and availability of computer & internet. Not only business persons like this feature, we like to check e-mail while on vacation.”

• Fish pond and buffet breakfast.
• Not enough adjoining rooms.

“Child friendly hotel. Visible from the highway but was a little confusing to find the hotel entrance. Comfortable rooms and great buffet breakfast. Would have nice if there was a basket with fruit and cookies at the front desk.”

• The continental breakfast was amazing and very well done each morning.
• Strange location, next to rental storage and truck rental.

“We were on our anniversary celebration. The staff was nice, the rooms were wonderful, but the pool was extremely tiny. They do have an in-room large jet tub that was really perfect. Their breakfast was the superb.”

• Restaurant very pricey and room was noisy.

“Clean and comfortable room, but room was next to elevators that kept us up all night. Restaurant had good food, but pricey for what you got.”
