• Staff was relatively friendly.
• Rooms not very insulated. Could hear other guest getting up in the morning.

“Hotel was your basic run of the mill establishment. In order to justify the high cost of staying the night, I would suggest they update their lobby and replace their carpets and bed spreads. Way overpriced for what you are getting.”

• Reception staff was friendly and courteous.
• The breakfast area did not nearly accommodate the guests. When I asked if there were trays to take food to room, I was told there were trays in rooms.

“It is an old hotel. The windows do not open. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No restaurant on site.”

• Good location, nice breakfast.
• Smoky hallway, noisy, older and a little tired looking.

“It met our needs and was close to places we wanted to visit. Nothing fancy, but definitely adequate.”

• Room was clean and large.
• We expected a jr suite to have a bedroom with a door so there would be 2 separate areas.

“The Lobby smelled highly of smoke from the bar and so did the restaurant. The room, however, was pleasantly clean and beautiful! Lots of room in the jr suite but we expected the king bed to be in a room with a door and the living room to be separate. That was a little disappointing. There was a lack of toiletries, but the room was quiet, clean, comfortable and fabulous.”

• The hot breakfast.
• The bathroom I wanted a bath and had a wheelchair accessible bathroom.

“As above the bathroom was gross not because it was wheelchair accessible but the chair in the shower stall looked dirty and the shower head had to be held in order to have a shower. Room also smelled like it had been sprayed with bug repellent.”

• It was close to the attractions we wanted and very affordable.
• I found nothing to dislike about the hotel.

“The hotel was clean, friendly and offered a wonderful continental breakfast that was more than we expected. I will recommend this hotel to others.”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• They said free appetizers in the bar but only 1 appetizer was free and it was not very good.

“For the purpose that we went and the fact that it had a shuttle to and from the casino, it served our purposes well. For a romantic getaway I would not recommend it but for a weekend shopping and going to the casino, it worked out great.”

• The lobby was beautiful and the continental breakfast was biter than most.
• The sheets on the bed seemed to be too small and would not stay on the mattress.

“Convenient location, spacious rooms, nothing extra but adequate and quiet. Good breakfast and nice lobby.”

• Nice lobby.
• Halls smelled like skunk and rooms had bad smell.

“I would not return to this hotel. No glasses in room, no wine opener in hotel, any shower caps or shampoo/conditioners etc. Pool didnt seem clean nor did Jacuzzi that only had room for 3 people.”

• Great lobby. Complementary breakfast was good.
• No 24 hour coffee. Rooms were decorated in too dark colors.

“Handy for our purposes. Shuttle service quick and friendly. Hotel needs some updating.”

• The staff was extremely pleasant, the location was good.
• I thought the rooms were a bit outdated and although tidy, not super clean.

“I think this hotel needs a renovation. Although the rooms were tidy and clean, they still had areas where dirt has been accumulated over the years. When you open the window (which is a great feature) the screen smells like it's about 30 years old and brings the stench into the room. Just some fresh paint and deep scrubbing of the bathroom and floors would probably be sufficient.”
