• Free parking, close to expressway, free newspaper.
• Parking spaces not delineated, breakfast buffet mediocre.

“Not as posh as the Hyatt or Westin, but the free parking lot more than makes up for it, although the parking spaces themselves need to be better defined. Rooms were perfectly suitable, with outstanding HD TV. Elevators can be slow at times. Comfortable, spacious lobby. Skip the breakfast buffet; mediocre food at a ridiculous price.”

• Nice rooms, good desk staff, clean pool area, allowed pets.
• Maids couldn't read English written notes.

“Hotel was nice. Desk staff wasn't consistent with prices for extra roll-away beds. The normal paper work in room wasn't there. No list of amenities offered. In the 4 rooms we had 7 kids,1 dog, 8 adults. There was no notice that they had refrigerators that you could rent. Until the cost showed up on bill when leaving. It would have been nice to have had a frig. We used a cooler and the ice machine down the hall. We were there for 3 days and nights. Left notes for the maids for extra coffee, etc. The weekend maids couldn't read English, as there was no response to the requests. The notes were gone though.”

• The facilities were great and the kids loved the elevators!
• The hot tub wasn't working & pool was not heated.

• King size bed.
• Smell in hallway.

“The only thing I did not like was - there was a death in our family so the other party we were traveling with came for the second night only. Both nights were paid for but because they did not call the hotel the reservation was canceled even though the room was paid for.”

• Big rooms with lots of storage. Very quite.
• Hot tub and pool was not maintained well. Hot tub jets did not work.

“This hotel was great! I loved the rooms, big comfy beds, big bathroom and getting ready area. Only problem was bathroom sick, which had very poor water pressure. Also TV remote didn't really work. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!”

• i liked the free breakfast, free apples, free wine one night.
• the internet while free, was totally down for at least 15 hours.

“comfy, small room, got for 50 bucks, almost empty hotel so should have been less than 50. staff said they would adjust my bill for internet outage, but since my only positive balance was for the first two nights, kelly said she couldn't do anything for me. i would expect hotel front desk ppl and other staff to find ways to offer some compensation for such a major inconvenience, but they didn't even ask me what else might be helpful.”

• It was a very pretty hotel and location fit our needs.
• When checking in not told the room was handicap room, shower problems, water pressure, clogged drain & shower nostle leaked.

“I was disappointed in the hotel.
I would like it if they informed me the room was special needs room. It didn't appear this was the last room available.”

• I loved having the Crab tree & Evelyn products in the bath & shower. Hilton knows how to deliver excellence.
• There was a meeting & auction going on just outside our room and we had to walk through their lobby to get to our rooms. I felt intrusive.

“I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers staying in this area. The handicapped room used for my 87-year-old mother-in-law met all of her needs and provided a comfortable space for her to stay.”

• We didn't stay in the hotel very long, but would have like to have the pool opened.

“This hotel was very nice. Didn't know we could find a great deal like this in Seattle. The room was very large, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom had hot water that lasted. We had a great time.”

• Pay internet, hot tub not working, location was just OK, next to highway.

“We've stayed here before - overall it's fine - a good priceline hotel-I wish it had free internet, changing channels on the TV is so slow, it's painful. Now includes free parking which is good. We got a nice room with 2 queens for wife and 2 kids.”

“Just 3 blocks from downtown Bellevue, this hotel offers a grand lobby atrium, glass elevators, clean, very comfortable rooms, and a delightful staff. Not to mention their large, free parking lot. 5 blocks from a 24hr grocery store and 2 minutes to the interstate, 12 minutes to downtown Seattle.”

• Big room.

“The room was ok, a lot of finishing details in room were ignored, such as fraying carpet, banged up baseboards, no fan in washroom. No blowdryer, no bar fridge (extra charge), no safe. Housekeeping took our personal cutlery, knifes, corks crew that we had brought with us. It was a hassle to get back. Hotel staff had to go looking for it. Eventually we did get it all back, but it was all very annoying, especially for the type of hotel we were at.”

“This Hilton lives up to its reputation. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and efficient. The rooms spacious, comfortable and spotless. A very enjoyable stay with high speed internet in the room and a very good restaurant in house.”

• After my experience, I am having a hard time saying anything that I liked.
• It was not as clean as I expected, this is very important to me.

“I don't think I would stay there again. The bed sheets were stained, I requested they be changed which they did. The second set of sheets was stained as well. Unbelievable that a hotel with a 3 1/2 star rating would not pay better attention to this. The bath rug was stained also. After sleeping on top of the sheets all night, there was a fire in the hotel and we had to go outside until it was put out. Not a very good stay.”

• The room was large and the restaurant prepared my son a cheeseburger at 8:00 AM!
• The traffic.

“The hotel was roomy and there were many amenities.
My only true complaint was the traffic noise. We really couldn't hear it from the room, but it was impossible to enjoy the balcony (it was just too noisy). The restaurant did prepare a cheeseburger (on request) for my 3 year old. I thought that was nice. I would stay there again.”

• The lobby and rooms were very upscale. Rooms were very spacious and nice.
• The prices of the restaurant food was very high.

“The huge lobby and the transparent elevators, makes you think that you've landed in a hotel in the strip of Las vegas. The high ceiling in the room gives you the feel of a good hotel room. Very good for business travel or pleasure.”

• The pool facility needed some work.

• Location is convenient for Seattle and Bellevue.
• Nothing. Wish other Bellevue hotels that are 3 stars are as nice as the Hilton (like Coast).

• It was a very classy establishment and the staff was very organized and friendly.
• There were some hairs in the tub when we arrived and it looked like around the edges of the room the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

• Clean and comfortable hotel. Attractive decor, nice outdoor pool. Wonderful breakfast buffet with healthy options.
• The bars on the deck are way too far apart - we were on the 8th floor with a 2 year old. Dangerous!

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it is a great value. The decor is generally attractive and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful - I forgot some items in our room and housekeeping mailed them to me right away. We ordered room service and went to the breakfast buffet - all of the food was very good and there were delicious healthy options. Caution to families with young children - the bars on the deck are way too far apart. Our two year old could have easily fit through and we were on the 8th floor. Very scary! The exterior could use paint. Overall the hotel was wonderful and we would stay there again.”
