• The desk clerk was very friendly and very helpful!
• The pool area wasn't as clean as it should have been. There were band aids in the hot tub and on the deck as well as.

“This was a nice hotel in a good area. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. It was close to Seattle without having to e in Seattle. There was much dining in the area and close to the mall.”

“Unfortunately the staff was not as friendly as one would hope for. I was not even greeted at check in! I had to say hello! Also - please note that a 50 dollar fee per night is added to your credit card and takes 72 hours for it to be reversed after check out.”

• Our room was very nice and spacious for my large family so we were really comfortable in our room.
• Should consider shampooing the carpets more frequently. Vacuuming doesn't quite cut it.

“We really enjoyed the room that we had. We liked all the space it gave us. They were accommodating to our needs and requests. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The restaurant had great food. It was a good stay all in all.”

• Recently renovated rooms were a very pleasant surprise!
• Lack of LCD TV's and refrigerators in room.

“Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Beautifully renovated rooms and comfy beds. Common areas were having carpets replaced so a bit of upheaval but that will be over soon. Originally had a room on the bottom floor that had wood chips, stir sticks and small screws on the carpet but once pointed out to front desk we were placed in a very nice room on the 7th floor. Pool area is beautiful but a bit noisy due to proximity to freeway. Overall, a pleasant stay and great value! I would rate it a solid 3 1/2 stars.”

• Broken door safety latch, switch face plates, wood trim old, damaged.

“Quiet, great two nights. Updating underway but seems that electrical, furniture will be left as is. Loose door hardware, broken switch covers, dirty electrical outlets made one wonder about how well it is or will be maintained.”

• It was easy in and out off the highway.
• Hilton charges for everything.

“In order to keep the lifestyles of Hilton kids these hotels nickel and dime you everywhere. I am surprised you do not have to swipe your credit card for the A/C. The Hyatt I stayed in the night before was 20 times better and 1/2 the price.”

• Really nice pool/ hot tub area.
• Pay for internet access or business center usage.

“The room was fine and about the quality you would expect from Motel 6. 250 thread-count sheets (oh) are you joking? I thought Hiltons were supposed to be stylish and upscale. The room needed repair, the staff was helpful, the pool area was really nice, unfortunately didn't have time to utilize the hotel's other amenities.”

• Fire alarm at 11 pm, not hotels fault but inconvenient nonetheless.

“Enjoyed our stay. Was a nice large room, very clean. We were on the freeway side but the noise was not an issue, double slider kept room very quiet. Great location close to great restaurants and shopping.”

“This Hilton is fist rate. From the lobby that looks like something from a star trek set and the spacious, comfortable rooms and elegant bar (with adjoining casual cafe) and updated exercise room and pool it's pretty much got the bases covered. Free parking too!”

• The spaciousness of the room and the very comfortable bed.
• Well, the fire alarm going off in the morning and our having to go down ten flights of stairs wasn't fun.

“Actually, we love the Bellevue Hilton. It is almost always convenient to places where we have to be when we're in the Seattle Area. The rooms are quite comfortable, and we love the beds. Also, the place was very quiet and also a plus.”

• The Fire alarm went off at 4:30am!

“Located Right off of I-405, The Bellevue Hilton is very easily located. Beautiful lobby, and an awesome Brunch Buffet! My only gripe is that the fire alarm went off at 4:30am and we were forced to evacuate the hotel. (We were located on the 10th Floor) It was set off by a smoker in a non-smoking room. After being outside for nearly half an hour while the fire department cleared the building, we were let back in, However they were unable to get the elevators running for over half an hour after the fire department left. This forced another 10 flight of stairs walk at 5 AM. To their credit, it was not their fault. At check-out I stated I had a wonderful time with the exception of the fire alarm and smiled. The front desk agent apologized and compensated my room service and gave us buffet vouchers. - Good customer service overall, Very Happy with My STAY!”

• The rooms are big, very clean, and comfortable beds.
• The pool is outdoors, which doesn't give a lot of use in the Seattle area due to weather.

“The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the rooms were huge and very clean and comfortable. I've stayed here twice now, once on business, once with family and highly recommend it.”

• We enjoyed the choices we had, i.e., coffee shop, bar, restaurant. We appreciated the direction cards the staff had and how friendly they were.
• Late Saturday night a guest had a fight, yelled, cried, ran into the hall, and slammed the room door repeatedly.

“Great view; pleasant, helpful staff; relaxing coffee shop; friendly server; manager out of his office, at the desk, the bar, and the restaurant asking how our stay was going and what we needed.”

• Staffs are very helpful.
• There is no hair dryer in the room but the thing that bugs me is the rule about towels hung will not be changed.

“This is a great place to stay. I was here with my husband and child two years ago. Definite improvement, no parking fee while staying at the hotel. One thing that bugs me is the towels. We made an effort to hang up all our towels so they won't be changed but when we got back to the room that night, it seems all the hung towels were replaced. What is the point?”

• Very limited menu and maps of the area were awful.

“I thought the staff was great but the selection of food on the menu in the restaurant was very limited. I expected a better display of activities to do in the area. There was a map of Bellevue that they provided but it was not very readable or user friendly.”

• Extra charges for room Wi-Fi connection ($10 each night), bottle water in room ($4).

“This is overall a great hotel to stay. Free parking, clean, quiet, & spacious room with a comfortable bed and a sofa for my friends to sit on when they visited. Staff was helpful and courteous. However, I still couldn't believe that so much extra ($10 a night) was charged for internet connection in the room since it's pretty much standard service in other places Ive stayed. It does, however, offers free internet connection in some public areas such as the lobby, or the business centre charges per hour.”

“Much more appealing than another 3 star hotel nearby. Visually impressive lobby, friendly staff, and quite spacious rooms. Very quiet, at least on the side away from the freeway. Ample free parking. Showing its age a little but still very comfortable. Internet access should be free at this level though.”

• More of a business area, not as conveniently located for leisure travel.

“The lobby is large and beautiful; the elevator ride was fun for the kids! Our room was very large and the bedding is super comfy! Overall enjoyed our stay, could have stayed longer. We were in the area, though, for soccer games, and it wasn't as conveniently located as others. But well worth the drive for the comfort!”

“Very nice setting, comfortable bed, and clean. Found it odd that a hotel of this caliber did not have free internet service. The hot water was unavailable for our morning shower. The staff was apologetic and took off our breakfast from the bill. Overall, a good experience. I would likely stay there again.”
