“This was okay but was a little worn and shabby.” Apr 25, 2007 by
Joe from East Wenatchee, WA

Martha from Ritzville, WA
“Clean, remodeled, and updated.” Apr 2, 2007 by
Terry from Boise, ID
“The hotel doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is close to a shopping mall and easy access on and off the freeway. I would stay here again.” Mar 29, 2007 by
Gail A. from Milton-Freewater, OR
“The only real thing that was not very reassuring was the security setup. It was very easy for anyone to get into the main hallways without a cardkey. Overall our stay was comfortable and I would stay there again.” Mar 23, 2007 by
Lawrence from Kennewick, WA
“About what we expected. Broken shelves in bathroom about like other inexpensive hotels. Travelodge, motel 8 ż” Mar 11, 2007 by
Ryan from Woodbridge, NJ
“Good location, very close to downtown. Clean and nice rooms with good TV programming, free wireless. Some common areas of this hotel make it appear rundown. The floors are creaky. A renovation can make this place immaculate. Water temperature while bathing is erratic. Wireless network had excellent speed but was down for one of the 3 nights I stayed.” Mar 9, 2007 by
Wendy from Olympia, WA
“Had trouble trying to explain to staff that I wanted the room cleaned one day, did not understand English. The room keys would not work over and over again and had to be re-computerized. Plugged in the coffee maker and blew the fuse once. Quite hilarious. loved the garden atmosphere, the exercise room was closed so no work out. ” Feb 20, 2007 by
Debi from Lewiston, ID
“Surprised to find out that this was a Ramada that had not been remodeled. It was scruffy on the outside, but great on the inside. Very quite even with the traffic outside on the freeway. The evening staff was funny and great to talk with; the morning staff needed something to cheer them up.” Feb 18, 2007 by
Doug from Vancouver, WA
“Older building with nice upgrades that are very well maintained and give the rooms the feel of a moderate to upper scale business hotel. Very efficient and professional staff. Much nicer on the inside than the older building would lead you to believe.” Feb 6, 2007 by
Barb from Spokane, WA
“I enjoyed my stay there, staff was friendly and helpful. Common areas were comfortable and appealing. The price was unbeatable. Felt a measure of security in this hotel. The location was perfect for my stay in Bellevue. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.” Jan 22, 2007 by
Sharron from Naches, WA
“This was a dirty, run down hotel with beds as hard as ironing boards. The heater was noisy, the staff were hot and cold, some nice, some rude. The restaurant was nice but not many options on the menu.” Dec 31, 2006 by
Debbie from Washington, UT
“Loved the hotel. Internet was easy to connect to, good channel selection, great location and easy check in and out process.” Dec 23, 2006 by
Patrick from Brmerton, WA
“This is an older business class hotel that has had some renovation and looks good, especially for the star level. The guest and the lobby received most of the upgrades. I believe this hotel is underrated at 2 stars for the area.” Dec 16, 2006 by
Adam from Oregon City, OR
“I liked it the price was great the first week and ok the next week.” Dec 11, 2006 by
Rajneesh from Bellevue, WA
“Great for the price.” Dec 10, 2006 by
Shri from Towaco, NJ
“It is ok and for the price, I paid through pipeline, it met my expectations.” Dec 8, 2006 by
Scott from Maple Falls, WA
“Clean, upscale, Iżd advise it as a "you won't be disappointed deal".” Nov 17, 2006 by
Adrian from Burnaby, BC CA
“Great price. Nice.” Nov 15, 2006 by
Steve from North Highlands, CA
“It's an okay place to stay if you just need to put up your feet, but I wouldn't go there to "escape" or for the luxuries. Friendly staff and great location (right off the 405) but the hotel's website sure makes it look about 10 times better then it really is.” Nov 14, 2006 by
Lisa from Port Orchard, WA
“Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The rooms were over rated. Although, they seemed clean enough. Carpets were old/dirty and needed an update. The hotel staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. We called two weeks ahead of time and informed them that we had 8 people in our group and needed two beds in each room as it would not be appropriate for them to sleep in the same bed. This confirmation was not kept (although they could see it in our reservation) and each of our rooms only had one bed. They didn't have enough hide-a-beds available, so some had to sleep on the floor in their rooms. An overhaul in the area of management is desperately needed here.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Nov 13, 2006 by

“Small, middle-aged hotel right off of 405. Rooms were updated, very attractive, clean to 10's. Bed comfy, room quiet. No elevator. Lovely courtyard with fountain. Restaurant was appealing, but we had no meals there. Staff was rude and hurried. They need a good lecture from management.” Nov 2, 2006 by
Rhonda from Pasco, WA
“It was clean, comfortable, and convenient and the staff was very friendly. Morning beverages in the lobby were a nice touch. It looked like the room was in the midst of a remodel that wasn't quite finished. The lamps between the beds had been removed and the wall repair was not quite completed. I have stayed there previously and would stay again.” Nov 2, 2006 by
Bob from Rockville, MD
“The bed was comfortable, but the condition of the room was poor. Two lamps and the phone were out of service when we arrived, the bathtub wouldn't drain, and there was only a trickle of hot water in the sink. The staff repaired most of these problems but never got around to the sink hot water repair, despite multiple requests.” Nov 1, 2006 by
John from Ronan, MT
“See above.” Oct 29, 2006 by
Joe from Friday Harbor, WA
“Right next to interstate exit makes it very easy to get to, yet walk able to just about everything a vacation traveler would like. Clean comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, safe feeling location.” Oct 25, 2006 by
Harold from Richland, WA
“Very convenient, clean, but the non-fitted bed sheet came loose, and I quickly was sleeping on the mattress.” Oct 23, 2006 by
Skye from Beaverton, OR
“Hotel staff was friendly. Our stay was short but sweet. Overall experience was very pleasant.” Oct 22, 2006 by
Sidney from West Richland, WA
“ The furnishings and carpets were shabby and dirty, the ceiling had water stains and the mattress was very hard. ” Oct 17, 2006 by
Paul from Lake Stevens, WA
“My van and a number of other vehicles in the parking lot were vandalized. The lock cylinders were removed with a tool. I'm still paying for repairs and replacement of stolen articles. Apparently there is no video surveillance nor enough concern by management. Local police were so slow to respond I had to leave the area before they arrived.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Oct 16, 2006 by

“I did get a better room because of the toilet problems. so the price is good for the hotel, it is clean and if you are lucky, you might get a good room.” Oct 5, 2006 by
Aldo from San Mateo, CA
“Perfect place for a getaway, biz travel or traveling with partner. Like the location and easy to commute to Seattle” Sep 30, 2006 by
Janet from Walpole, MA
“We were happy with the room we had because it opened up into the garden courtyard which provided privacy. My husband loved the Jacuzzi by the pool because it was actually very warm. The only problem we had was finding our way to the pool. This hotel is bigger than it appears from the street. This is not a bad thing.” Sep 25, 2006 by
Russ from Park City, UT
“Great location and great rooms, right next to the 405 off 108th Av. Perfect!” Sep 23, 2006 by
Kathryn from San Bruno, CA
“This hotel was clean, if you are a non-smoker, they may put you in a smoking room, which stank. The young gentleman tried to give us a different room. I wouldn't have minded a single bed, however, or even a smoking room if it didn't have such a stench, as I have allergies, but they did change our room for the rest of our stay after people checked out.” Sep 22, 2006 by
Jim from Toppenish, WA
“Nice lobby, room was in very poor condition. No hot water pressure, air conditioning did not work dependably.” Sep 21, 2006 by
Ed from Aloha, OR
“Not clean but not dirty, older, not overly friendly staff. Lounge and restaurant hours are minimal with long waits for service. Excellent location.” Sep 20, 2006 by
Shane from Pendleton, OR
“It was a place to sleep and shower, other than that wasn't real impressed.” Sep 19, 2006 by
Vijseema from Baltimore, MD
“It has convenient location. But the front desk is not very friendly. They do not have any concierge or a trolley, so you have to carry luggage by yourself.” Sep 18, 2006 by
Janice from Tucson, AZ
“Old motel updated with nice touches near business center of Bellevue. Much nicer than it appears from the outside.” Sep 17, 2006 by
Kevin from San Diego, CA
“This is a terrible hotel. The doors in the rooms barely close (from all the times they have been broken down) as evidenced by the door frames. The sliding glass doors are barely on their tracks, don't lock well, and could be easily removed. The water in the hotel runs brown, everything is filthy, stains are everywhere and the hotel has a terrible odor. Paying any amount for a room in this hotel is too much.” Sep 14, 2006 by
Megan from Halethorpe, MD
“At the two star level, I don't expect all the niceties, but I DO expect rooms to be clean, the bed to be fairly comfortable, the AC/heating to work, housekeeping to clean the room, and staff to respond to requests or explain why they can't. The Paragon didn't meet these expectations. The first room was dirty, VERY poorly maintained, and reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a dried liquid splattered on the walls, peeling and poorly patched wallpaper, a lampshade had been glued back together as evidenced by the strings of glue hanging from it, and paint on the ceiling and door were flaking and peeling. The room door had to be forced closed and the deadbolt would not latch. The furnishings were dated, as was the bedspread on the VERY hard and uncomfortable bed, which had only two ancient pillows, threadbare linens, no fitted bottom sheet, and a Velux blanket with holes from it's considerable age and use as well as burn holes. The drawer pulls were poorly fitted so they were loose on the nightstands and some were missing from the entertainment armored, making it hard to open and close. The air conditioner was loud, barely worked and smelled musty. The bathroom was VERY dated: dingy linoleum floor, avocado green tiles around the tub/shower (some broken), wood-grained paneling on wall, and darker wood-grain vanity counter. The sink faucet desperately needed to be replaced- worst I've ever seen- and the shower head was so low anyone over 5'3" will have to duck to get their head wet. Requests for additional pillows were not fulfilled, even though they were 'on the way.' Although our room was 'cleaned' the coffee pot and filter (dirty when we got the room) were left sitting dirty on the counter, and the bed linens were not changed as requested in the hopes of getting a newer blanket and less worn sheets. Seeing the maintenance staff spraying for bugs in the room across the hall was what put me over the edge. After complaints to the front desk, we were moved.” Sep 13, 2006 by
Ron from Henderson, NV
“I received one supply of soap/shampoo/lotion the first day only for a 3-day stay. I would recommend the hotel to provide daily bath amenities supply instead.” Sep 10, 2006 by
Masood from Reseda, CA
“Before arriving, I was a little worry due to all the reviews I had seen on line (bad location, cold rooms, showers don't work, unfriendly staff etc...) however I had a perfectly fine experience. The staff where friendly and kind, took care of my needs in good time, the bathrooms where big and in working order (they have very big shower towels), room was clean and taken care of, staff were very friendly when I checked in and out, the location is close to Bellevue, the only downfall might be that its right of the freeway and its noise, but personally I had no problem with my room, if I closed the balcony door no noise at all. I paid 50 a night, and for that price I say it is definitely worth the money. Considering Bellevue has many hotels/ motels if you paying a lot more maybe you should consider better location for your money.” Sep 8, 2006 by
Bobbi from Sandpoint, ID
“Very nice location for our purpose, clean rooms, good restaurant, free parking. I would use this hotel again.” Sep 6, 2006 by
Regina from Maple Hts, OH
“The pool was outdoors and too cold. You had to travel outside to get back to the lobby. At first, they said we could have the complimentary breakfast, but when I went to get our tickets, they changed their mind and said they couldn't give them to me after all.” Sep 6, 2006 by
Andrea from Spokane, WA
“For the most part everything was OK. I called to confirm my reservation to make sure I could get 2 beds and was told it was a first come first served basis which was kind a irritating. It all worked out though.” Sep 4, 2006 by
Sharon from Alyn, WA
“Shortly after making the reservation, I called the hotel to get a nonsmoking room with a queen or king bed. I was told I would get a "deluxe queen, nonsmoking." On arrival, we verified through the front desk that is what we would get. After packing everything into the far end of the hotel, we entered our room to find it was none of the above: deluxe, queen, or nonsmoking. It was an renovated room and it was, in a word, "crappy." We wouldn't have stayed in it for $10/night! After packing everything out and returning to the front desk, we were given another room (renovated and reasonably attractive, but still smoky smelling), BUT, because they were not full, they'd give us another room. We tried to air out the room, but it was on the ground floor with a sliding door, a broken security bar/lock, and no screen. So we relied on the room air venting system during the night which was so noisy it kept us awake most of the night. There were 4 lamps in the room with a total of 2 light bulbs, no washcloths, and 1 package of decaf (no regular) for the coffeepot. This hotel has an excellent location and with a few improvements could be a good choice; however, after our experience, it really didn't matter that the beds were "comfy" and the towels "generous." We would never stay there again or recommend that anyone else do so.” Sep 4, 2006 by
Ed from Aloha, OR
“Great location just off freeways. Older (but not too old.) Restaurant and lounge hours are limited. Pool and spa outdoors were great. 15 minutes from park and ride for Seahawk/Mariner games. Wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again.” Sep 4, 2006 by
Yva from Vancouver, CA
“For the 2 star level it was O.K. Great location, the carpets could be a bit cleaner. For the price what can one expect.”
