• The bed was extremely comfy.
• The pool was very cold. It was not pleasant.

“A beautiful lobby, extremely helpful staff and a lovely room. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. There was a very nice breakfast buffet for no extra charge. We weren't treated differently. The business center was not easy to get to, though was right next to the elevator on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the elevators were extremely slow and the stairs are on the far end of each wing. It took 5 minutes to get to an area not 50 feet away from the front desk. A little silly, but it's free and provides printing. How convenient! Only one other complaint, that is the indoor pool was down right cold! Almost no one was in it, because of that. On the good side, the hot tub was quite pleasant so I guess there was a trade-off.”

• Location, breakfast was awesome, lattes in house.
• Room was noisy. Called ahead and notation was made to put us on opposite side of freeway and they went ahead and put us near freeway. Very noisy.

“The hotel was great as was the staff. The only problem was the noise level. Apparently the staff didn't read the notes entered the night before and assigned us the wrong room. It was not only noisy but a smoking room.”

• Sheets were worn and threadbare, looked like motel.

“Although the lobby of the hotel looked new and inviting, and the service was exemplary, I found the decor to be a bit worn and dated. The room was dark and resembled a cheap motel room. It may be okay for families, but is definitely far from romantic and a getaway. The sheets were really off putting because they were old and worn. The mattress was so uncomfortable and worn out. Perhaps upgrading the rooms would be of benefit.”

• Lovely hotel, right off the pier, romantic setting.
• Restaurants nearby were quite expensive. Had to pay for parking outside hotel.

“This was a great place to stay in downtown Seattle. I loved the atmosphere and the staff was wonderful. We stayed in an upgraded to a room with an antique tub and it was quite nice. We had a great view of the Puget Sound. We were a little disappointed that we had to pay for valet parking for our rental car right outside the hotel, but overall our stay was fantastic!”

• Free hot buffet breakfast in the restaurant, soft bed, friendly staff, free Sunday paper at door.
• Noise between rooms.

“We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend and were very pleased with the value. The rooms were newly redecorated and attractive, the bed was king sized and soft, and there was a free buffet full hot breakfast. They also delivered the Sunday Seattle Times to our door. Parking was free. The hotel included an indoor pool, which we didn't check out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. On the down side, noise between rooms was typical of Holiday Inn construction, so take your ear plugs.”

“Good location close to highway and Downtown Everett. Seemed safe, clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Included hot breakfast which was a bonus. Will definitely stay here next time.”

• Very pleased with overall appearance and the fact that the shower drained well.
• Traffic noise would have been problematic without earplugs.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. I would stay here again.”

• Pretty good hotel, but the location is too far from downtown Seattle.
• The dining staff is rude and badly trained.

• Convenient, easy to find and the beds and pillows were amazing. They were as good as any 4 star hotel I have stayed at.
• There was still dental floss in the garbage can from the previous guest and the glasses did not look clean.

“My teenagers and I spent one night in August between time in Seattle and shopping at the outlets. The price was great, the hotel was easy to find, the staff was friendly and the room very attractively decorated. Our room was facing the I-5 but was not noisy at all during the morning rush. We had a great night's sleep on a fantastic bed with awesome pillows. We swam in the pool and hot tub and a hot breakfast buffet was included with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would definitely stay there again. I really like the check out time of noon as well.”

• Nicely appointed, and the included breakfast was a plus!
• Freeway noise, on freeway side of the building.

“Our 3 night stay was very pleasant and we thought the breakfast was excellent. Property has just had a 13 M $ upgrade and has an excellent staff. The room was comfortable with free internet, lots of plug in, a coffee pot, ironing board, and quite spacious.”

• Lobby, nicely appointed rooms, great free breakfast.
• Smoking room that smelled like an ashtray. It was disgusting.

“If we had been given a non-smoking room this hotel would have been perfect but we were not given a choice and the room reeked like smoke. If we had known this we would not have stayed there and for that reason we will not take the chance to get that hotel in that area again. Too bad, so much going for it.”

“This is an older hotel that has been beautifully redecorated, large reception area, great staff and a full buffet breakfast that could easily cost $12.00 each was included in the price. Exceptional value.”

“Very reasonably price; extremely clean; good facilities; helpful staff. Downtown Seattle hotels were much too expensive so this hotel, just 20 minutes north, was an excellent stop-over spot and great financially.”

• This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Very convenient for food.
• Price for pets far too high.

“Parking was plentiful. Check in was simple and quick. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to any friend without a pet.”

• Super clean and big buffet breakfast was included.
• Nice and close to the highway but not near anything else if you wanted to go for a walk.

“Very impressed with everything about the hotel, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, the staff was super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyway wanting to hit the outlet stores and want an affordable, comfortable nights stay.”

“Room was nice, breakfast was great. Neighborhood iffy. A man in a parked van asked me for money for gas, as my wife and I were walking down the sidewalk in front of the hotel. He never left the two days we stayed there.”

• I have rarely been treated so nicely by hotel staff top to bottom.

“When you're taking your 13 year old daughter to a Behemoth Soccer Tournament, you feel lucky to find a non-smoking room anywhere in the area. I had never stayed at this hotel before, but traveled enough to think it would be no different from the rest. From the moment the two of us walked through the door, hot sweaty, and tired, we were treated with respect, kindness, and warmth. The front desk people were friendly and engaging, and actually seemed pleased to have us as opposed to merely checking us in. When we got to the room we found there were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. To top it off the next morning we had a truly outstanding breakfast buffet. I have already and will continue to recommend this hotel to everyone, and I hope to stay there again.”

• Handicap parking was a bit limited .
