“Great hotel. All areas of the hotel a very well taken care of. Close to eating and shopping venues. Fairly easy access to freeways. Friendly staff. Definitely the place to stay in Bellevue.”

• I have never met a nicer staff - everyone is terrific!

“They Hyatt in Bellevue is beautiful. It is close to amazing shopping and restaurants and is just a short drive to all of Seattle's great sights. But the best part about the hotel is the staff. From the moment the valet parking staff opens your car door to the moment that you check out, you always get friendly greetings, offers for help and appreciation for your business. I highly recommend this fine hotel.”

“While we enjoyed the beautiful and spacious room, view of Mt. Ranier, Bellevue, and Seattle, and helpful staff, I don't think this was a four star hotel. It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel, but not luxurious in my opinion. The bathroom was mediocre and the towels were old. It was wonderful that the parking was free! (probably because it was the weekend.)”

• A Tully's in the lobby.
• Not
  a 4 star-dirty with old furniture, the hair-dryer was so dirty with stuff split on it had to clean to feel comfortable. Was a gamble. I lost!

• Luxrious lobby, clean spacious room with comfortable bed, 24 clean health facility.
• My wife lost an electric tooth brush at a washroon of gym and could not find it.

“This was my second visit of this hotel in bellevue. It is a very nice hotel. Solid 4 stars. Conveniently located: close by shopping malls and restraurants. 24 hours health facility with a swimming pool (close at 10pm). Spacious and luxurious lobby and room. Comfortable and clean bed. I like to come back again.”

• Wonderful, could meet people at Bell Square by skybridge without even going outside!
• Nothing to say.

“Incredible view of Mt Rainier and Lake Washington as well as Bellevue. Easy access to downtown Bellevue as well as 405 freeway. Very good staff house keepers. This hotel deserves a 4 start rating.”

• The room was great and clean. The service at check-in was very pleasant.
• Nothing.

“The room and view was excellent. The decor was fit nicely with the atmosphere of the whole hotel. I liked how there was a Tully's Coffee in the lobby and it was close to many restaurants and shopping. There was no parking fee on the weekend and that was great too.”

• Luxurious rooms and helpful staff.
• powdered coffee creamer in room instead of liquid (but that is my only complaint).

“The Hyatt Bellevue is in an excellent location - conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, banks, gyms, etc. The rooms have recently been updated and are truly comfortable, dare I say flawless? The hotel gym is far better than most, and in my 3 stays at this location, I've always found the staff was very friendly.”

• The staff was very courteous, the room was clean.
• The pool was under renovation. This was a big disappointment to our kids.

“As we had a busy and for the kids, boring day shopping, the kids were looking forward to a fun evening at the pool. As it turned out the pool was under renovations! After the initial disappointment, we had to find other activities to keep the kids busy that evening.”

• Great location, close to malls and restaurants, decor of hotel was good.
• No free guest parking or public parking close by, no free internet service in room unless you have a t-mobile account.

“The hotel is in a good location. It's close to malls and restaurants and easy access to the highways to head into Seattle etc. There is not really any overnight free parking in the area, so you're pretty much forced to pay for hotel parking. You can only have access to free internet in your room if you have a t-mobile account which isn't helpful if you're from out of town, but you can go down into the lobby and have access to free internet.”

• The Pool and Spa was in a different building not what we where looking for.

“For the money that was spent for a night plus taxes and fees it was not worth the money. I could stay at a different hotel for and have pool and spa in same building. I know it is not apples to apples but for the money it is not worth it to me.”

• The main areas were beautiful.
• The pool was under construction, which was difficult for my children to be locked up in the main room.

• Having to walk outside to get to the fitness center.

“We have always enjoyed staying here (at least once per year). There is a sky bridge to shopping malls, movies, bowling and fine dining. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to us.”

• To pay for parking when across the street mall parking is free.

“Modern, beautiful hotel in posh neighborhood of Bellevue. Rooms are clean and have a peaceful feel to them, ours had a beautiful view of Lake Washington in the distance. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants, art gallery, shopping and cinemas. Highly recommend this hotel especially for business and weekend stay.”

• The beds were wonderful and were prepared with hypoallergenic amenities, as requested.
• There was a lot of highway and adjacent construction going on.

“They were extremely responsive to requests for hypoallergenic bedding which was prepared upon arrival. Parking is quiet inexpensive. I would use this hotel as a convenient base to explore the areas outside of Seattle and sample some of the highly rated restaurants on the east side.”

• Beautiful lobby, close to restaurants and shopping, nice view from room.
• Hotel restaurant filled with rude people, food did not meet expectations.

“The lobby and Bamboo garden is beautiful. Our room had a breathtaking view of the lake and Seattle skyline. The room was simply decorated but nice. Very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Disappointed with the restaurant. Filled with conceited and unfriendly patrons who won't move out of the way for you in the crowded bar. We thought that there was a reverse happy hour but when we arrived the waiter told us there wasn't. My boyfriend paid $14 for 6 mediocre scallops. I stuck with my $8 mixed drink. The selection of nearby restaurants were disappointing as well. Mostly national chains that I can eat at in my hometown. We ended up buying snacks and drinks at the drugstore and relaxing in our room enjoying the view.”

“The location and staff were terrific. Close to shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. Comfortable bed with a view of Lake Washington. A wonderful place to stay and reasonably priced on the weekends.”

• Old ugly tub with shower, no CD player; remote didn't work too well, loud construction next door.

“Very nice hotel. Met expectations. Loved the location which was next to Bellevue Square & plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Very friendly staff & helpful too. Hated listening to the very loud construction next door. Hated that we had to pay $16 for underground parking, especially when right across the street there's lots of free parking at Bellevue Square Mall.”

• 0/8 restaurant in lobby only so and pricey.

“Have stayed there twice now and have enjoyed it both times. Nice clean ultra-modern rooms with a good view (from ours at least). Super close to the best shopping and restaurants in Bellevue. Parking was $16, $18 for valet. Much better than downtown Seattle, but still pricey. Great hotel if you need to be in Bellevue.”

• Bed was deliciously comfortable and room in general was great. Location was superb.
• Use of computer and printer in business area expensive as was the parking.

“This is an upscale hotel located across from Bellevue Mall, probably mostly geared to the business traveler. However, the room was spacious and comfortable and romantic enough for a couple get away too. Just be ready for add one's to your bill as nothing is complimentary it seems.”
