• There was a free coffee in the lobby.
• Beds uncomfortable, limited kitchen utensils.

“This is your basic, fairly clean hotel for a sleep. Rooms are basic, kitchen has very few utensils so it's quite challenging to prepare even a sandwich for more people. There was a reddish stain on a comforter so we wondered how long since the last wash.”

• Clean, tidy, fresh.
• Perhaps the people upstairs were simply careless and noisy, possibly a little sound-proofing would benefit. I can't say which is the case.

• Dirty smelly not family friendly.

“The bed was hard and uncomfortable, I had trouble with my back for days after our stay. The water pressure in the shower was a trickle, there was no hair dryer or shampoo/conditioner provided. The room had a mildew smell. The complimentary morning muffin had mould on it! Maybe a place for migrant workers but not for business or family travel. Will never be back to this hotel again.”

• Super hard bed, no room for kids.

“Overall it worked for what was needed. The beds were very hard, no extra pillows or blankets were really available and so was a very basic hotel room. Will go with the deluxe type hotel next time.”

• The room had a full kitchen, microwave, full sized fridge, sink, and stovetop. Very convenient!
• The soundproofing between rooms is not very good. Could hear every footstep from upstairs and snoring from next door.

“Great location, right off the I-5. 15 minutes north of Tulalip Casino and Seattle premium outlets and 15 south of Alderwood mall. Free parking. 24 hour convenience store right next door. Kitchen in the suite was very convenient and clean. Only complaint was that the soundproofing wasn't great. We could hear the footsteps from upstairs and the snoring from next door. Other than that it was great!”

• Easy access to I5 and other shopping malls.
• No swimming pool.

“A moderate hotel with in suite kitchen ideal for long term travelers or families; easy access located off the I-5 and within minutes drive to Alderwood Mall (largest in the northwest) or Everett Mall. If you have your own laptop, free in room internet access provided. Quite roomy and will accommodate a double air mattress (not provided by hotel) if more than one bed is required. Hotel provides free roll up foams if requested. Adjacent to a gas station with mini mart. Hotel could use an update but staff is very friendly and helpful and will provide amenities if forgotten. On site laundry. A nice surprise -- muffin and fruit provided in the morning. Downside is lack of pool or exercise facilities.”

• They forgot to put a note about having a water shut down. My son was taking a shower and the water stopped running. We were so upset!

“We did not enjoy staying there at all! At the time I was checking in, I asked about the check out time, but they even did not tell me about the possibility of having water shut down in the morning!”

• Easy to find.
• Someone let the air out of our tires overnight.

“The hotel was clean and very close off of 5. While it was clean it was a little out of date with olden fixture. The kitchen did have all the basics. The bed, towels, and sheets were lower quality and not very comfy. But everything was clean. Be sure to request an extra pillow or two.”

• Poor street signage, not easy to see at night.

“Although this hotel was clean we did not get two beds as requested nor was it easy to find due to the lack of signs that identified the street address.”

• There was an old cigarette odor in the room.

“I would stay in the hotel again if I was traveling alone. If I went on a trip with my family, I would like a higher quality but I would like an efficiency room.”

• The location was good as well as front desk personnel.
• It didn't have a good family feel to it. We tried not to spend too much time there.

“If you are looking for a place to stay and not some place to get away to, it is fine. I was extremely disappointed in their not having a pool.”

• Had to make a U turn to get in parking lot.

• I thought we were getting a queen size bed, but it was only a double.

“No frills, free continental breakfast, great for business travel, close to nearby Everett attractions (Everett mall, Aqua sox Stadium, restaurants, etc.).”

• Inexpensive.
• Horrible internet connection, typically only 56K.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fair, depending upon where one needs to be. The rooms were clean and the mattress hard and old. The internet connection was rarely better than dialup speeds, so don't bother if you need a good connection.”

• The room was dirty and had stains all over the carpet. The staff wouldn't even give us the address to the casino or call a cab for us.

“If you are on the go and need an affordable place on the road. Look no further. My 2nd stay was a good as the 1st. inexpensive, comfortable, clean, nice room. I will stay again, and again.”
