“When we were checking in, the people right before us came back to the front desk to say when they entered their room, there was luggage there,the people had not checked out yet. Thenshe gave us our room and when we got upstairs that room was not clean, so the maid gave us another room. Then later that evening our door opened and someone had been assigned that room.It is apparent that the maid service and the front desk is not keeping good track of the rooms that are available.”

• Convenience to entering the freeway.
• All continental breakfast bread items were cut in half. Makes you feel like you can't eat more and the hotel is cheap.

• The location was central.
• The pool and spa were very dirty and the pool was cold and too deep for kids.

“Our stay at this hotel was okay. As it turned out the pool was freezing and seemed as though the heat wasn't even on. Worse yet it was murky and dirty and the spa had a scum with bubbles on the waters surface. The pool was also flawed in that the shallow end was nearly 4 ft deep. Anyways the location of the hotel was good for us as we were visiting both Seattle and the Wild Waves amusement park; both were about 20 minutes away. The pool was the biggest let down; if you say your pool is heated. Turn on the heat.”

• Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.
• The very run down motel right outside our window, next door.

“Great hotel, a little out of the way, a little run down of a neighborhood, but great and all to have a nice hotel with a nice pool for an reasonable price.”

• Had nice clean pool and hot tub. A free real breakfast.
• Scary elevator. Every time I used it I was afraid it was not going to open. Used the stairs even though it was way out of the way.

“Nice, clean and quiet hotel. Clean pool, hot tub and work out room. Clerk at counter was very knowledgeable about the area. The included breakfast had a good selection. They did not charge us extra for three kids! Would stay again if they fix the elevator.”

• The staff when we checked in/out were friendly and helpful.
• We booked this hotel for the location of the Jacuzzi to pool. The Jacuzzi did not work it was 90 degrees.

“This was a quiet hotel that's central location to where we were visiting made it convenient for us. The staff when we checked in/out were helpful and friendly however the lady at the front desk the 2nd day of our stay could be heard over the TV in the dinning room chewing out a customer. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and family friendly. The kiddos loved the pool although I had to enjoy them form the side and not the Jacuzzi as I had hoped. I booked for a large group, and would again if I was assured that everything was working properly.”

• Large clean room, friendly competent staff, good coffee & breakfast.
• No complaints.

“Good freeway access, clean large room, clean nice breakfast area and lobby, fast internet connection. Only downside was off site. Don't eat at Denny's across the street, greasy gross food. Try the Mexican nearby instead.”

• The room that was booked for me was a handicapped which I am not and the heater in the room did not work and the show were was awful.

• Nothing.
• Dirty- filthy - no appliances worked  noisy.

“Terrible place to stay. Loud trucks all night on major highway will keep you awake. The carpets are filthy. None of the appliances - fridge, microwave or hair dryer worked.”

• Room was clean and nice.
• Unhappy with billing procedures and customer service from the management of the hotel.

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very nice clean rooms, the breakfast area in the lobby very nice and clean. Very unhappy about how I was billed. After returning home we noticed that the hotel had billed us for the entire stay again on our credit card. Very unhappy with the hotel staff a management as we got the run around for approximately two weeks to get this matter resolved and have our credit card credited back with the overcharge. Very unprofessional.”

• Security cameras a nice touch in this area.
• The view of the welding shop next door.

“The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and pillow was soft. The free breakfast had a lot of good choices. It met my expectations for a one night stay during the NHRA drags. Based on other stays, it is way better than some of the other neighboring places to stay in Kent, WA. No view at all, unless you like looking at welding shop scraps.”

• Front-desk staff was very helpful and polite.
• The hotel is very close to the freeway. Advise bringing earplugs to sleep.

“Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Best breakfast service I've seen in a long time. Offerings range from make-your-own waffles to cereals, fruit, breads, eggs, etc. A warning to travelers with pets, the hotels reserves only six rooms for pets, so it is a good idea to call in advance and see if a pet room is open for the days you plan to stay.”
