• Ease to check in.
• That kids were always running around with no controls and hotel staff could do nothing to stop them.

“If you want a hotel that is just a place to sleep then come here. If you want a hotel that offers more than just a bed then skip this one as there is no entertainment nearby or in the hotel, bar closes at 10 pm.”

• The hotel's amenities were satisfactory.
• We experienced a theft in our room and the hotel response has been very poor.

“The hotel interior was dated. It is located in a high crime area according to the police department in the area. They recommended that we not stay in this particular area if we return. We had a theft occur in our room of over $2500 worth of items. The hotel staff response has been less than adequate, bordering on apathy. The general manager's response, in particular, has been inept. We will not be returning to this hotel.”

• Fitness center, full breakfast available.
• Room keys frequently became decoded and had to be reset.

“Excellent value and great staff with lots of amenities including a laundry room. They charge $10 a day for the use of a refrigerator. ”

• Was right off the freeway and was quiet.
• I received flea bites from staying there, I know they allow pets in the rooms. It was really bad for me.

“The room was wonderful and very adequate for what I needed. I was able to get to my room easily through a side door access and the hotel was right of the freeway. Over all I had a wonderful experience. My only problem was that I am very susceptible to flea bites and I received many of them over the 3 day stay. I would really appreciate spraying the carpet or something after animals being allowed to stay in the room.”

• Bartender at Hideway Lounge was rude and horrrible

“Everything was great, although they need to clean up dumpy pool area. The lounge was a huge disappointment with a clearly unhappy bartender who served a half sized manhatten without a cherry and said they were out - after drink was made. Bartender then debated with customer at bar about a place she could go with him since she was not allowed to go to a room with him. It seemed a little sleazy. We got out of there quick.”

• The location is close to the Boeing Everett factory.
• The lobby was really pretty (it is joined with Comfort Inn), giving a false hope.

“Quality Inn is an okay motel for its 2-star rating. Its lobby is really pretty because it is jointly operated with a Comfort Inn. The lobby gave a false sense of how pretty things would be.”

• Easy access to I-5, large indoor pool, and quiet
• Needs a couple more computers for internet access.

“I had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, but could have been better.”

• Had a restaurant.
• No elevators to 2nd floor. No non smoking section in restaurant. No hi-speed internet.

“More for vacationers than business travelers. The bill boards outside the hotel have two names - Comfort Inn and Quality. That is a little confusing.”

• it was very comfortable and had been remodeled recently
• it was 22 miles away from my intended destination - TOO FAR!!!

“I enjoyed my stay - but was there only 12 hours so did not get to try all the amenities the hotel had to offer”

• Complimentary breakfast, ample parking near the room
• No high speed internet, had to drive to Starbucks to access email

“Basic amenities including an indoor pool (which I didn't look at). Lighting in the rooms was poor, which made it difficult to do desk work. Room smelled like cigarettes even though it was marked non-smoking. An OK place if you just want to get a decent night's sleep.”

• This hotel has everything I need. Pool ,Internet access.Breakfast,movies etc.
• Being put on the second floor

• The hotel probably shouldn't have gotten top rating, but it was a good hotel for the price I got it for. Nice big pool. Good continental breakfast.
• Could use a little modernizing.

“Close to freeway. Easy to find. Nice big pool. Good, free continental breakfast. What they call a restaurant is a smoky little bar, but the food was good, just don't eat it in the bar. Rooms are average, nothing fancy, but clean enough. Could use a little updating.”

• Heater didn't work; however, they moved us into a different room with heat.

“We will stay here again. Staff was friendly and addressed the cold room problem promptly. The continental breakfast was superb. Rooms and hotel were clean. Kids loved the pool.”

“It's a very clean hotel that's a good place to stop if you're planning on touring Boeing. However, keep in mind that it's a somewhat lengthy drive to the airport if you're flying out the next morning. Plan for a 30-60 minute drive to the airport.”
