“Except for the front desk staff (without a name tag), the hotel was upper basic from those we have stayed at over the past years. Front desk staff was not a good ambassador for this hotel.”

“Great location close to South center Mall (shopping & restaurants). About a 10 minute drive to SEA-TAC airport. The hotel is located in a much nicer and safer area than hotels near the airport. Even though it is right next to a major road, the noise wasn't noticeable. The room had free WI-FI plus a high-speed DSL line.”

• The bed was comfortable.

“Not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel. No DVD player or ability to hook one up. Pay movies cost as much as it does to buy one. Food was way over priced and got just as good from McDonald.”

• I liked the cleanliness.
• I didn't like that one day they didn't clean my room.

“I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was on the train side and although I could hear it, I like the sound of trains. The room was spacious and clean. My room had a tiny balcony which was nice even though the weather was rainy. The location is a bit isolated but within easy driving distance of lots of shopping and dining. The staff forgot to clean my room on one of the four days I stayed. They also forgot to set my card key for four days so the second evening I had to walk around the building in the rain to get into the front door. I tend to believe these were isolated errors and I would still recommend staying here.”

• Room was large but outdated, could use a bit of a make over.

“Friendly and prompt staff, beautiful lobby and restaurant. Room was very large with small balcony, two beds, a desk and a sofa. Everything was comfortable and clean but the room was a bit outdated with an old television. Overall would definitely stay again.”

• Clean, comfortable, spacious room with even a small balcony.
• It would have been lovely to have breakfast included in the price. The in-room coffee was not so tasty.

• Friendly staff, location to event I was attending.
• No wireless in rooms. We each had computers that needed to go online and did not want to go to public area to work.

“We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very attentive to our needs. Only thing we didn't like was no wireless in the room. Two of us needed to go online and only one connection.”

“Your basic mid-rise Courtyard - you couldn't tell if you were in Tukwila or Tuscaloosa, and that's not all bad.”

• Loved the outdoor balcony with seating area.
• The bathroom sink area was extremely small that 2 people couldn't get ready at the same time.

“The only thing I could say for having a room with 2 queen beds I would of thought the sink vanity area would of been larger. Only 1 person could get ready at a time. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to others. Great access to shopping, restaurants and freeway.”

• The room had a fridge, microwave, couch & desk in addition to the regular amenities.
• Railroad tracks were close by & there were a couple of night trains the first night.

“I'd be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was convenient to where ever we needed to go; the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was excellent with more than we expected for the price.”

• The bartender/waitress in the evening was nice and had a great sense of humor.
• It didn't seem clean and housekeeping was at the door too early.

“This property had an excellent location close to the mall and restaurants. For having an AAA rating, I was a bit disappointed. Has AAA lowered their standards? The people at the front desk were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant was a little pricey and the food left a lot to be desired. The pool was full of small children on the first night and the next day it looked questionable.”

• The staff - restaurant in particular - was exceptional.
• I can't think of anything negative to say.

“The proximity of the hotel to the airport was perfect, and although not near downtown Seattle, access to the freeway made it convenient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the restaurant was great, and the staff was very friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

• I liked the workout facility, pool area and access to it.
• The beds were not particularly comfortable but the five pillows were fantastic.

“Very accommodating to our requests to make us more comfortable Plenty of handicapped parking which we use. We would stay there again. Staff was very helpful.”

• Staff was very accommodating when I wanted to switch rooms due to noise.
• The floor I was on smelled like chlorine (from the pool).

“This hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to change rooms due to train noise. The location was excellent - it's close to a huge shopping mall, restaurants, movie theaters, and the freeway. The room size was good and even incl. a refrigerator and microwave, which I didn't know when I booked the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to friends & co-workers.”

• Nice sized room & bed; clean & attractive decor, swimming pool.
• Train track behind the hotel, woke us up every 2 hours; difficult to find if you don't know the area.

“This is a good quality hotel with pleasant decor and offerings. I think a family or business traveler would be happy with the room size & lovely swimming pool area. I might consider staying here again, if I had ear plugs to avoid the noise of the train that runs right behind the hotel parking lot.”

• Greatly surpassed my overall expectations of a 2.5 star establishment.
• No complaints.

“Just off the interstate, we easily found the hotel with the use of a yahoo map. The hotel was very clean and its decor updated nicely, including the pool area and small workout room. The community area had a number of round tables, a big screen TV. and coffee available anytime. There is one perfectly adequate restaurant which serves a good breakfast buffet. The big plus to this hotel is its close proximity to a large shopping center (formerly known as south center mall and now a Westfield property) which even has a cheesecake factory. There are dozens of other shops and restaurants close by as well. For those who get the munchies, there are two convenience stores just one block away. Complimentary shuttles for those who need a ride to the airport.”

“Nice location. Train whistle on other side might have been annoying, TV left on in an adjacent vacant room was annoying but staff responded quickly. Beds were comfortable, cable TV with all the channels, good shower. Each room has sliding door to a deck.”

“Mediocre. Standard hotel room with a few amenities. Nice pool/hot tub/fitness area. Those who do not book online will pass you for their free breakfast as you learn, from the front desk crew that the nearest family food is. Not close by.”

• Courtyard area out back, nice and cozy and private.
• Need a private pool and hot tub area, right on main hall with big windows.
