• Good breakfast, and when my pillow was poor, they got me a new one.
• At check in, they thought that I still owed money, and it took a while to resolve.

“Good hotel in a good local. Breakfast was good, but not grand. Bed was comfortable, and staff was friendly. I'd go there again.”

“Easy check in- clean room- nice tall beds with thick new mattresses- very comfortable and easy. A+ for price!”

• Construction - only offered continental breakfast instead of a full restaurant.

• Nothing - a disaster.
• Under intensive construction, filthy, should be closed, staff stuck with the problem.

“Under complete reconstruction. Construction noise 7am to 9 pm! Full exterior resurfacing. Interior filthy. Carpets stained and torn. Staff's attitude to the customer: there's nothing we can do about it. This was a disaster. I should dispute the charge. When I book a hotel I do not expect to find it under construction! ”

“This was our honeymoon and was a very special place for us - we were both very pleased with the hotel - the staff were very friendly - they recommended a restaurant across the street since the one in the hotel was closed - but the recommended one was expensive and they didn't tell us about any others - but then I didn't ask either.”

• The daily-cleaned items: counters, shower, toilet, etc. were clean.
• Non daily-cleaned items: Chairs, air conditioner, etc. were filthy.

“The bed linens, counter tops, shower, etc. were all clean. The cloth chairs, air conditioner controls, and even the wood furniture were so dirty that they left a slimy feeling on our hands after touching them. I would have gladly traded the granite counter tops for a clean room. It had a refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron, and Internet service. It also had a clump of dried "white stuff" on the picture frame above the bed. The hallways smelled horrible and the carpets had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. There is a reason why there are no pictures available for this hotel. I will not stay here again. Spend a little more on a clean room somewhere else.”

• Swimming pool, hot tub, lounge.
• Cold pool, cool hot tub and lounge closed at 10pm.

“Good buy for the money but hotel has more potential to be more comfortable. No restaurants/lounges within walking distance made me expect to find more at hotel.”
