• The pool was wonderful.
• I did not like that there was only one set of towels and zero shampoo and conditioner.

“The hotel itself is very nice. The room was kind of a bare bones and the air conditioning was awful. The air conditioning kept kicking on and off, very annoying!!”

• They were kind enough to let us check in early.
• I had not warning that the breakfast (which looked liked a continental style) was $10 extra & none mentioned that at check-in.

“The hotel staff were very friendly but failed to mention that the price we had paid over the internet didn't include the breakfast bar. So we were very surprised when we were denied access to breakfast. It was a little embarrassing because we would have paid had we known. Otherwise, everything was great. Very clean and welcoming.”

• Not friendly.

“Staff not too friendly. Won't even let you use the hot tub after 11 even just for 15 minutes. You cannot use it because kids are in it on regular hours. The maintenance guy was very rude.”

• Hotel was convenient to airport.
• One of airport drivers was surly. Also there are two And over (East and West) ¿ confusing.

“First, we didn't realize there was an East and West Andover that are parallel streets. We ended up in a warehouse district and had to call the hotel for directions. The room and facilities were very good and roomy and quiet. It is very convenient to the airport and the mall.”

• Very CLEAN! Interior looked like new and quiet. Great location.
• I can't think of one negative thing.

“Got this room at a great rate. The location is great, close to South center Mall. I went to a Mariner's game and it has great access to the freeway. It was very clean and the interior looked like new. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Very nice place for the rating.

“Office girl did not give good directions at the desk and it was late and dark. My wife can't walk far and we did wind up doing that. Otherwise OK”

“It wasn't as posh as the bed and breakfast we stayed at the night before, but it was more than adequate, comfortable, and quiet. And I loved having a writing desk included.”
