• The phone operator was pleasant and seemed genuinely apologetic; but still couldn't arrange for me to be picked up.

“It needs vast improvement on its airport transportation - no shuttle, and the town car never found me despite repeated instructions as to my exact location (hotel pickup island) as well as my giving my name (so the driver could identify me). The phone operator seemed very nice, but didn't or couldn't authorize a taxi until the fourth and final phone call (nearly two hours after my initial phone inquiry).”

“Nice hotel. Clean rooms. The availability of the kitchen is big plus for families. I would go back!”

• Well-appointed kitchenette.
• Cutlery needed sharpening badly. Not really safe for any real cooking.

“Nice hotel for the business traveler who needs to control his/her environment to be at his/her best. Quiet rooms. Nice kitchenettes. Solid, attentive, but non-intrusive service.”
