• We liked the fact that it had a recliner in the room.
• It was on the freeway with construction, it was inconvenient to find.

• The view.
• Old and out dated.

“Room and hotel were more run down then one would think. Water spots on ceiling and stuff in the bathroom made me worry about the cleaning staff, but for one night downtown it was sufficient for our needs. It just didn't live up to the crowne plaza I know.”

• Good price has kitchen laundry in complex and ironing board in room.
• Hard to find.

“For what I paid it was a good value. Having a kitchen with full fridge is nice. Microwave and stove. Hotel sits way back in a hard to find area. I can normally find anything, but was I real close yet had to take out cell to call them.”

“Price was right. Location was excellent for my stay. Service was great and friendly; very helpful with coordinating shopping, shuttle and checkout. Kitchen was just what I needed. Pleased to know someone was watching over me as I slept.”

• It was a nice place to stay. It included a kitchenette and a frig for a very low price.

• The price!
• The bathroom in out room was not clean.

“The hotel was a good deal for the price. Traffic noise was kind of loud, but that is a small trade off for the savings. The housekeeping could use some improvement. Our bathroom was visibly dirty (walls, floor, etc.).”

• Easy access to the freeway.
• The rooms are cleaned only 1x a week.

“If you are not to hung up on having room service, and do not mind driving into Seattle, this is a great place. The staff is friendly, and the rooms were quiet. One word of advice if you do not like a pancake for a pillow, bring your own... or you can ask the desk for an extra.”

• There needs to be a sign by the off ramp pointing to hotel.

“The room was wonderfully clean, and a great price for what you got. The extra room amenities were great; i.e. clothes iron, hair dryer, coffee pot, fridge, microwave & kitchen. Great staff service, very friendly.”

• Very clean, nice room.
• It is extremely difficult to find. There are no signs, and it is on a deadened road behind a furniture store (we passed it about 3 times).

“The hotel is nice and staff is friendly, but for one not familiar with the location, it is almost impossible to find. There are no signs out front and a furniture store is in front of the drive to the hotel. If they just put a sign out by the road to point visitors in the right direction, it would be 100% improvement.”

“I would never, ever stay here again. I was extremely disappointed. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and an old diaper smell. There was no shampoo even when I asked. I have stayed at other Extended Stays and been satisfied.”

• Its nice to have a kitchenette.
• Getting to and from the hotel was a real pain.

“The room was very standard, for the most part clean although someone really needs to vacuum under the bed. Had a couple of cable channels, enough dishes for 2 people but no dish soap to wash them. We did like the bath tub and the soap smelled good.”

• Close to Domino's Pizza
• Hard find the way in.

“This hotel was satisfactory, though nothing fantastic (about what I expected for a 1* rating). The biggest problem was finding the entrance to it. Additionally, they billed my debit card for the amount and had to reverse it since it was already billed for you and we have still not had the reversed billing appear on the bank statement. Hopefully this won't remain a problem for much longer.”

“Fine hotel. It was WAY TOO DIFFICULT TO FIND! I looked for 2 hours the first night starting at 11 p.m. No one at the hotel answered the phone. No nearby gas stations could direct me. The hotel had 3 different cities listed as the location. I ended up sleeping in my truck. They did cheerfully give me a refund.”
