• Convent for our trip to the Oakland raiders game from Chico ca.
• They lost our reservation but resolved the matter quite nicely.

• Friendly staff and excellent breakfast.
• Need to get better pillows. Pillows were small and limp.

• Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location.
• 'Free breakfast' was worthless.

“We were happy that we got a clean room with good shower pressure and a comfortable bed. Did not like the breakfast had to go out to get food. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.”

• We liked the fact that even though we had a street side room, we could not hear traffic!
• Staff should ask for any perks, such as Hyatt cards before check-in.

“We were very happy with the accommodations and the fact that we could walk to dinner. Nice, clean and quiet. I usually travel with my spouse on leisure and this time was business with co-workers. This hotel works for both instances. Will recommend to everyone!”
