• The courtyard had nice landscaping and a fountain. Was nice to sit there and relax.
• They didn't offer a better two-bed situation, only a pull-out couch. (might have had such a room, but didn't offer it).

“This is a place that is a little hard to find buried near office buildings. It is primarily for business and economy travelers, and is meant for longer stays. It is fair for the price.”

• Staff was nice.
• I had problems with the sheets. They smelled of urine. I asked to have them replaced and when I returned late that evening they had not been changed.

“Focus seems to be on policy first and customers last. I was not always accommodated to the same standards I am accustomed to. This is a business hotel that only cleans once a week, which normally I don't mind. This arrangement is not for everybody. This was not my best hotel experience.”

• Easy connect to and from freeway.
• Not a relaxed setting after a long drive.

“I was unpleased with the fact that after 5 keys we were locked out of the room for 40 minutes. The mattress smelled and was full of hard springs. I would never visit this location again after such a bad experience.”

• I liked the hotel because it has a kitchen and fridge.
• I did not like the pillows or the towels, they did not give us soup or lotions or shampoo.

• The price is the best you can get in or around San Francisco with the level of cleanliness and the design.
• It's a little too far from the city.

• They had beautiful landscaping and a fountain. The hotel was very well maintained.
• For me it was perfect!

• Location great, surprised at the quality of the hotel for the star rating and price of room.
• Not well visible from street.

“For the price, it was a great room. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room/hotel. The room was clean but small. The area the hotel is located in is a Business District and not a bad area to be in after dark. I felt safe.”

• Pet friendly with courteous and helpful staff.
• Room was a little small (older place) and no business center.

“The hotel was pet friendly, designed for longer stays with families. Toaster didn't work, but everything else did. The hotel also was nice enough to put us up as the original hotel was water damaged due to a faulty roof. Thus, we did not get the larger king with sofa room we originally desired and what was available was small for our family. But, we made due. And, there was a great public path behind the hotel for walking our miniature schnauzer. A big benefit.”

“Everything was great except for hair all over the floors. They said they have an outside cleaning service so maybe the hotel doesn't know of this issue. The staff was very friendly and professional.”

• Some guests appeared to be involved in drug use, and the bathroom smelled.

“Convenient location with free parking. Some of the staff were quite friendly, but one was a little on the unenergetic side. I was concerned when I walked by a room and saw people taking apart computers and bed sheets. The bathroom smelled.”

“Upon check in, the guy at the counter wasn't very helpful and seemed very irrigated as he was assisting someone on the phone at the same time as I was checking in. I had to ask where the room was located because it seemed as if he assumed I knew where I was going. When I asked him where it was, he looked annoyed and held up a map so low that I couldn't see it over the counter as he was trying to explain it to me. He was of no help and had had extremely POOR customer service skills.”

• The room was very dirty and full of mosquitoes and other insects.

“It was the worst hotel I stayed. The room was dirty. They were supposed to clean the room every three days, but they did it every four days. They did a very shallow job. They did not change the sheets in the 14 days I stayed there.”

• I reserved a non smoking room, but got a smelly smoking room. Linda the night clerk found me another room.

“The hotel is near the airport and is in a nice protected area near the highway. The room was adequate, but only had one glass for drinking and no shampoo. Both morning and night staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The room assigned to me had not been cleaned. There was trash all over the place, the bed was unmade, used towels on the floor in the bathroom. After about 30 mins I was given a new room assignment. I saw only one staff member on site. Service was slow. I did not like this place.”
