• My husband and I loved the cleanliness and appearance of the room.
• We didn't get to stay long enough!

“We have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. After a long flight with delays, it was wonderful to check into such luxury. We weren't afraid to let our 1 year old walk around on the floor for fear of getting dirty like in other places. You can literally see the cleanliness here. The beds are amazing and the pool area as well as the lobby are beautiful. We will definitely be back soon!”

• Excellent bedding and bath. Room very comfortable and attractive.
• Very long walk from lobby to rooms; loud (indoor) pool noise facing rooms.

• Very convenient shuttle to the airport. Comfortable beds, Starbucks complimentary coffee.
• Loud, moronic lobby and outdoor music. Incredibly intrusive. The $10/day internet access.

“Very clean, well-kept rooms with overstuffed bedding. Nice pool and lobby. Got an email prior to check-in offering extra shampoo, toothpaste, towels, etc. Emailed for extra shampoo and towels and a fridge if possible, but none of the items were in the room when we checked in. I got towels from a housekeeper I ran into in the hall and called the desk, telling them to not bother to deliver a fridge. Five minutes later, someone was at the door to collect the fridge which was never delivered. Neighborhood was a little dicey, not good for a walk, but the convenience to the airport was great. The shuttle ran very frequently and got us to our airline in ten minutes.”

• It was very convenient to the airport and very modern.
• The super loud & obnoxious music being played at all times in the lobby.

“The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was very nice. The staff was very accommodating. The music that they played at all times was just awful. Early am to late in the pm, it was loud and distracting. I felt bad for the staff as well as the guests having to listen to the loud tasteless modern tunes they piped through the lobby inside and out.”

• Room was clean and very comfortable.
• Valet parking attendant was very pushy.

“Our room was very nice. Marble counters, plush bed and tons of pillows! Bathroom was very clean and offered nice shampoo, soap and bath gel. Full size hair dryer came in handy. Coffee machine with Star bucks coffee was very welcomed in the morning. It was the nicest Marriot I've stayed in a long time.”

• Close to the airport and they provided a shuttle to/from airport and also to the piers for cruises.
• No coffee or tea available in the room.

• The parking was $14.OO per day and we ended up with a bill for additional taxes.

• Newly redecorated with super comfy beds and a great indoor pool.

“When we tumbled in at 3 a.m. east coast time, I can't think of a more pleasant surprise. This Marriot is definitely in a class with some of the nicer Hyatt's & Westing I've stayed in. It was a complete pleasure.”

“I am very upset there was no free parking only fee parking of 14.00 per day plus tax and etc this added about 17.00 extra I had to pay to stay here. Plus no valet with that fee. ”

“One thing off the bat to familiarize yourselves with in the Sea-Tac area is that this and a number of other hotels charge for overnight parking for guests ($12), and the place where I parked was not heavy- bag (or wheelchair) accessible. No ramp, whatsoever. Once I lugged my bags up the steps to the security entrance on the first floor, I got to the 5th floor room (599) next to the elevator. The bed was plush, comfortable and king- sized with 5 down pillows and comforter, overlooking SeaTac airport. Another $12 gets you unlimited local and national long distance plus ethernet (wired) access, at DSL speed. The carpet showed some fading but overall the room was excellent, except for the very small trash can. There were also enough outlets for chargers and laptop.

One bad notation, I was to check out and got an extension, but one person on the phone told me I had to physically check out to check back in again. When I removed my gear and returned to lug it back, I discovered I still had the same room. But upon entering late in the evening after a long day's work, the room hadn't been cleaned. Within 10 minutes of my complaint, a crew of 2 arrived and cleaned the room.

Late in the evening, 2 women were in an argument with their room door being slammed in anger. Arguing continued in their room and hallway with profanities, and after a call, security arrived in 5 minutes and resolved the situation. IMHO, I can't comment on family- friendly because of the incident, since the two had been drinking. One other man I encountered earlier was drinking excessively and had been arguing in another room. ”

“I was expecting the Marriott Sea-Tac hotel to be much better! The room was very small and dingy! Plus, we had to pay for parking while there! The good thing about the hotel is that the staff are very helpful and nice!”
